Great job again, Danny. I was messing around with that stuff a few weeks ago. I went so far as to use Apply LUT filter as well. That simple include "original" LUT file did a lot to balance the look. Then I tweak the Color correction get something acceptable. Now I need to get some cooler lights. Right now I have daylight bulbs (6500k, I believe) that make everything a bit too white. I'm looking into some HUE bulbs that could give me more flexibility in lighting setups.

I wasn't aware HOW MUCH the quality of a standard webcam CAN be improved by some manual settings.
Question: as of Aug '22, which Logitech software would you recommend to adjust the settings of a Logitech BRIO?
Logitech offers quite a few tools (Logitech camera settings, G-Hub, Log Tune) and even from within OBS I can access a quite simple settings popup window.
Which of these options would you prefer to finetune and save the settings?
I would say if you are using any other logi components like a mouse or headphones/keyboard etc then do G hub. It will be easier to keep it all in one place. But if you are using just the brio then the cam settings app should be fine. Realistically you just want to be able control all of the main settings like highlights/exposure/saturation/contrast etc

I have one question. I use 2 profiles on OBS (UA-cam and Twitch) and some panels that i use exclusively for Twitch don't hide or dissapear anymore when i switch to UA-cam (Predicions, Twitch activity and Quick actions) all the other ones hide themselves. Do you know what might be the problem?

@@P1xelPerfect I bought the Brio 4K and have been super frustrated because it looked so bad. Always a lot of noise. I’m so excited to stream/record with these techniques now! Gonna try the blur since I’m playing off my switch right now. Hoping my CPU can handle it.
@@bonsaiwillow good luck! If you have an RTX graphics card you can also use NVIDIAs blur feature as well. It is pretty taxing on GPUs so keep that in mind! I really want to try elgatos new facecam that does 4k60 but it’s $300 🫠

Nope that’s the same one! And that should be fine! 3070s are great cards.
If you have a green screen you could add a blurred image of your room behind you, obviously wouldn't work for moving screens that you have behind you, another great instructional video sir
The NVIDIA Broadcast will blur your screen, take it all out or gives you the option of adding a gif as a background which i love to do while streaming. Good stuff

Thanks! It does not, this software is the c920 only and tbh its pretty dated at this point. Id recommend going to Logis site and seeing what their newest version is! Brio has more versatile options.

I use Nvidia Broadcast with gif background, use OBS, play and stream Dead By Daylight on Twitch all on a single PC + dual monitors with no issues: i5-13400f, RTX 3060, 16gb RAM, Windows 11.

This software is not compatible with the 922.
Be careful with messing with your gamma setting in OBS. In my case, it was causing device input lag.

If Microsoft sells the windows key for 100 dollars how is a third party (not Microsoft) selling keys for Microsoft products at a fraction of the price. they must be hacked keys or something. Is there any possibility of getting in trouble with Microsoft? any Adobe software there? lol I wish i could afford the 53 bucks a month they want for their products
I know this comment is 2 years old but I'll answer it anyway, the keys are cheap because normally they are brought via the seller stealing someone's credit card buying the key and then selling it for cheap so that they make a profit. And the person who had their credit card stolen doesn't lose the money cos they will get reimbursed the money via their bank or whatever, they are totally legal to buy because you didn't do the stealing and fraud and you have no way of knowing that the key was obtained illegaly, and their is nothing microsoft can do because as far as they are aware you just brought a normal key
In NVIDIA Broadcast, why didn't you choose the source of Logicapture instead of the Pro Webcam? When you activate it back in OBS, and choose NVIDIA as the source, doesn't that source need to have Logicapture moving through it in Invidia also?
Hello P1xel! I did all the installation as you mentioned, I downloaded the software from the discord but when I go to the camera configuration, the default configuration of the obs appears and not the one that appears in your video. I have a C922 camera, even so with that default setting of the obs I tried to do something similar to what you show in the video. All the best!

the software is specific to the c920, but the knowledge can be applied to any camera.
Hmm I installed the software from the discord. Restarted my PC but when I now click in "configure video" in the properties it still shows the default settings from OBS and not the Logitech Software that it shows for you. Not sure what I could have done wrong.
So you can launch the software independently from OBS too, so I’d give that a shot! I’m not sure why OBS wouldn’t load it 🤔

Yea sadly this will happen regardless. You just need to remember your settings for when it does revert
So what is the difference between this and Logitech G-Hub?
Besides it being an older, legacy software, I find it to be a bit more powerful and accurate. Granted I also havent seen G Hub in a long time bc I dont use the c920. BUT, the knowledge transfers regardless haha
@@P1xelPerfect I was hoping there was less issues as far as permissions. When G hub first came out you could still manipulate the positioning with the arrows, now you can't. That alone would make the legacy version significantly better than G Hub.
Great video for people getting into streaming, I bet a lot of people go down the LUT filter rabbit hole after watching your video and gaining confidence.

The software is specifically for the c920 in the video, but the knowledge i present will work with all camera settings :)

Nope! Just use your cams appropriate software and then apply the knowledge learned.
