Great advice. Been a long time since I competed but that's pretty much what we did back then. Key focus on short time spent on the ground. Think most I ever used was 135. Funny how the best advice isn't too popular.

Christain, how would you do a pulling version of this. For rock climber pulling power is wanted. advanced climber manage pull-up with 75 to 150 lbs added. Maybe deloading with elastic?

frankly i'm surprised you wouldn't recommend box jumps (lower body) and snatch grip high pulls (upper body)--the SGHP doesn't need any technical mastery, and i thought you liked SGHPs?
Now I gpt to reprogramme and slot this in on the leg and lower back/core day.
