As a woman I appreciate this take. Women are all different in their preferences and many of us are not as shallow as the general red pill narrative would have you believe. Asking yourself "who is her alpha" is a great question. My alpha is not the tallest, the most domineering or the strongest. My alpha is a man with integrity, humility, competence and focus, a man who doesn't think to much about being an "alpha male" because he's too busy working on becoming a better man.

Hey Hamza. I know this comment is completely unrelated to this video. I started off this self-improvement journey with a bang. I went to a school, where i never socialized. Now when the last year of that school came around. I socialized with everyone. I connected with everyone. I built a great friendship with my classmates, which i previosly never talked to. I finished school,(Year 9 here in my country) I had a great summer break, where i constantly went to the gym. I read books, I meditated, and journaled. After the Summer break i go to a boarding school. It's this place where you sleep at the school, meet new people, and have the time of your life. I've never felt worse. I completely fell off with meditation. I don't journal. I get terrible sleep in these new beds. I socialise with everyone at the school, yet i've never felt more lonely. I don't know what happened. I don't really know how to solve it yet. I've talked to everyone around me, and I've tried figuring out the problem. Yet I still don't know. I know what I have to do. I have to go back into the gym. I have to Journal, and meditate, and all that. The only thing i cant solve is sleep.
Hamza, you've have changed a lot of peoples lives. You have definetly changed mine. I am greatful you, and for everyone around me. I am greatful for everyone in this comment section, all these people trying to improve themselves, and the lives of others.
    Thank you.

Exactly, its all about awareness of who you truly are and who you believe you can become, and having the clarity to and confidence to be met within that energy from another woman. Nothing is more powerful and beautiful than a man or woman in alignment with their nature and purpose, and learning the discernment to seek that instead of vanity is crucial!

He follows by saying that you should ask ''What kind of person do I want to be for my soulmate?'' and then work your fucking hardest to become that person and you'll eventually attract her.

I get where Hamza is coming from but we gotta look at the times back in the oldern days sure that would make sense but time has progressed and women's mindsets have changed if we truly want to attract women try talking to some and figure out what women truly want in men

*When I show my confidence, eye contact, and leadership skill to these soft sussy girl's they get scared of me and call me weird (I'm teenage and I am done of teenage girl's can't wait to date a senior one who understands my confidence and who I am) all these teen sussy girl's want is a soft looking guy and soft dressing guy not a masculine guy with masculine traits, I don't care about them I'm gonna improve my masculine traits as much as I can not just to attract girl but it is my responsibility to do as a man*

I'm 16 years old and I'm also looking for something serious as you are Hamza, and I want to attract girls on self improvement as I am on self improvement as well for the past 9 months. It's just hard to find girls in my school who are on self improvement. I don't want to sleep around trashy girls, I used to want to but as I improved myself I grew out of wanting that. It's hard to find people on self improvement in my country.

"What is the alpha male of a girl that you are interested in?"
Not me. It doesn't matter if i describe literally any girl in existence, the answer will stay the same. Considering my past experiences and years of attempts, i don't think i got this until i get a good level of looks, a great amount of success, money and fame. Maybe then i will at least have a chance

    damn
in my opinion insecurities that are not permanent are the worst
they have the ultimate excuse-"when it expires i'll do x"
as a person who does not have a complete upper row of teeth i have lost all hope for any kind of reletionship
and a type of hair that got ruined as a result of a bad barber
i cannot convince myself that it doesnt matter cuz every time i find some arguments that crush my hopes for feeling relatively attractive
especially the ones that are related to my teeth
like bro everywhere it is written that a great smile is one of the most important aspects of establishing ant basis of reletions
    anybody relates?

Bro trust me, I had many insecurities before. My biggest were my teeth, because I have a gap between them. Guess what I did? Got ripped, boosted my confidence in social settings and poof, my insecurities are gone. And I still have the gap between my teeth
Whatever people deem "ugly" in themselves will always get accepted when they have an interesting personality. Imagine a guy you would think looks ugly, he will always be seen as ugly if he's acting insecure or negative. Now imagine the same guy if he was instead interesting in groups. Nobody would care if he's ugly or not, they would like him
