Watching this reminded me of the first long term relationship I was in, I would do the things Hamza said in the supermarket or when we went for days or weekends away but it became apparent that she didn’t like our relationship to be as sexual as I wanted she would complain about it, so we parted ways as I became pretty bored with her preferring me to be more of a best friend than a lover, I accepted this would’ve ended through depolarisation anyway as Hamza mentioned. Some of the shit with depolarization i think just personally should be changed to each is their own. A relationship can’t just be sex but yeah it makes sense that it will increase sexual drive
I agree, relationships founded on sex aren't as viable, you have to spend some time with your partner where you're not doing that stuff.
I felt the polarization with my girlfriend a couple months ago. I was slacking in the gym and I was seeing her several days a week. Our “love” was boring and unemotional. I got grinding in the gym again and saw her once a week and our sexual chemistry sky rocketed again. Hamza for sure knows what he is talking about.

@@tranium67 you dont sleep for 10 hrs efficiently. Most people are 85- 90% efficient while sleeping so u have to calculate that aspect aswell so if you sleep for 10 hrs u will only efficiently sleep for 8-9 hrs
@@tranium67 Look up sleep efficiency. Normally, you only spend about 90% of the time in bed actually sleeping (unless you're sleep deprived), so out of 10 hours laying down you'll always get the healthy 9 of sleep
i cant say i agree with what youre saying for point 3. yes a woman wants a man who is focused primarily on his work and whose purpose comes first, but I don't believe watching a movie or playing a video game with your girlfriend every once in a while is going to dimish your relationship with her or her sexual desire for you. In my experience if you enjoy similar interests together it actually INCREASES her attraction towards you because she gets to see a different side of you and feels more security knowing she can enjoy her favorite hobbies with the man she loves the most. Ive never seen a woman be happy that her man dislikes every hobby and activity shes into. Its really not about avoiding these "similar activities" such as liking the same movies, and only having sexually charged interactions with your girl lmao. The goal should be about prioritizing where you focus your time and energy. When those fun activities become the norm and you lose focus of your priorities is when it becomes an issue

I don’t see many people commenting on depolarization but wow I have NEVER thought of this concept before and its blowing my mind. The biological need to have a family with a girl is what drives us men, and centering a relationship around that perspective is a good way to look at it.
However, I have a slightly different take - to me, making love is better when I know a decent amount about the girl - so I’d say that to me: 80% of the relationship should be centered around intimacy, and 20% around being friends/knowing each other

Hey Hamza I want to say thank you for what you're doing, you helped me a lot in my journey and I don't think I would've come so far without your content. I agree with what you said in this video, but I think your 3rd point is a little too extreme. I also think that we shouldn't spend 24/7 with the one we love, but at the same time 2-3 hrs seems too little as well. Why should we, yourself included, fight what we really want, our desire to spend time with the one we love? Just so that we'll have a 4 billion net worth instead of 3.5 and 500 more times that we had sex with her? I think that on our death bed we would cherish more the time spent with our wives watching a movie or playing a board game or something, instead of a a bigger number in our bank accounts and more sex.

And as we very well know, people want those things in a relationship which they never got as a child, or with their parents. My solution to this was to work on my relationship with my parents. Honestly, you will need different advice and _honestly_ I don't know where you can find it. First place would be the women in your life, Mothers, Cousins, Grandmas, Teachers. Online, the Pink Pill is toxic so avoid that. Though, a lot of the general principles here you can apply to your own life, Hamza has always said this is advice for men. We arn't the same, this isn't one size fits all. Good luck!
And 2. Being masculine. If that is how you are, be that way. Don't pretend to be someone you are not. Tomboys are a fetish for a reason. Girls have a lot more freedom when it comes to expression and dating so use that. Truth is, guys like women, in general, of all kinds, shapes and sizes. Though, certian typesnare more commonly prefered, all have a chance. I personally HATE generic basic girls, so that's why I suggest this. A lot of girls kill their induviduality to get men. On me, this has the opposite effect.

Pretty much, you don't. Hamza is very out of touch. This mindset only comes from prior success. I'd say, make everything you can control as good as you can to counteract the bad you can't control. Make your solo life as fufilling as possible so a woman is only an addition. In this situation, you could have enough going on to feel like you don't need her approval to live well.
There's also the idea of indulging in hookup culture so at least you can make the process less unknown and intimidating, but not sure if the mental damage would be worth it.
