Working on my ME/CFS and went from moderate to mild. Not complaining, super happy but I'll tell you, once you're well enough- but not well-to feel that lack of motivation, its a toughie. Its partly from fatigue but its definitely mostly related to the brain, maybe including neurotransmitters as you say. I say i lost my get-up-and-go and thats a tough thing in itself to lose.
My problems mostly started after receiving dysport (botulinum) injections. I had some issues prior, but only made worse with dysport. I now have abnormal reactions to meds, side effects that don’t just go away, like after taking certain antidepressants. Idk. Those in the dysport support community think it damaged our neurons and receptors and have made them sensitive to various medications and supplements. I have many issues waking up a thousand times when trying to sleep being one of them, but also needing so much sleep.
I would never put something like botolitum in my body with autoimmune. Of course these might be fine for people who aren’t ill, but you body already has problems fighting off things! I stopped all vaccines too for the same reason. Someth8ng else to look into might be a gentle parasite cleanse. I put food safe diatomaceous earth in a cup of water or milk and drink it down. (My husband teases me that I’m eating dirt because that’s essentially what it is). If I’m feeling really bad, I do it every day as a detox then after that, I just do it the week of a full moon because that’s when parasites lay their eggs. This can greatly reduce the load on your body and help it heal. While I was being treated for Lyme this was the very first thing recommended BEFORE treatment. In other countries, people do parasite cleanse every fall and winter particularly in the spring and fall. Other things to look into for parasites might include black walnut, oregano oil and cloves or clove oil. My sister who lives in Africa uses Cod liver oil for everything including malaria.
My 92 year old mom had hip surgery last year with pin. She's been dizzy everyday all day and is miserable. She has CHF, Cardiologist ruled out the heart. Could it be the metal pin causing this? It's gotten worse since last year. Functional Dr recently discovered she's had B12 deficiency, anemia MTHFR & high homocytine. She's been taking metholated B12, folinic acid, B6 in compounded cream, D3K2 & other supps. What type of iron should she take? Any idea what is causing the terrible dizzyness? Geriatric PC has no solution. Mom also has stage 3 kidney function

Fasting for autophagy can really help heal your body. Look it up, it's free!

There's no need to watch. Listening is sufficient. ❤
