Furthermore, any polymorphisms you may have does not mean that you will fall into a disease state; there are many variables chiefly nutritional. After months of chronic sinus and ear infections, I kind of stumbled upon Histamine Intolerance, thanks in part to desperation - from traditional medical practitioners basically not knowing what to do with me or my symptoms except to prescribe more medicine and hope for the best. I don't want more antibiotics or nasal steroids. I want to feel better. I want to do it in a natural way, not with prescription drugs (which only acted as a bandaid solution anyway). I have someone close to me who is a N.D. who has been extremely helpful at getting me healthy. And, I am very grateful for your video. I am on a low histamine diet and have been for a couple months now. My symptoms are better, but I still get the intense sinus headaches. I was wondering when the symptoms would actually end and feeling a little frustrated with the histamine diet (although I have lost weight). What the heck is triggering these headaches? Well...Now I'm off to find some B vitamins (first, the B-5) and I'll start with that. And, I'll be rewatching this video and your others on this subject. Thank you!! By the way, a commenter said they wished they could find a doctor like you - if you aren't seeing patients, there are other Naturopathic Doctors out there who are also amazing at what they do!

Even fasting will require metabolic action through these pathways. It’s how your cells use your DNA transcriptions to provide your body with basic physiological sustenance but is mostly connected to building and growth. I took slippery elm for about 9 months while I was getting things under control, went for a low lectin diet (to help reduce gut permeability), and then switched from lemon balm to moringa so I could take twice a day doses to help calm down my mast cells. These days I take lemon balm in the morning and moringa at night, and I did wind up adding rose hips for vitamin C. C helps with DAO pathway and the mast cells calming down means they arent releasing histamine every time I eat. I still do the basics like freezing leftovers and cooking from frozen in the instant pot.

ACV is very high histamine. Look into carnivore diet. Get off all oxalate containing foods. Following docs are great resources: Ken Berry, Elizabeth Bright (she is all about hormones), Zoe Harcombe, Georgia Ede, Ben Bikman ( highly recommend his book Why We Get Sick). Sally K Norton is the expert on oxalic acid (oxalates). I am 65, 5 yrs carnivore and have resolved pylori, sibo, gerd, colitis and more, plus was able to get off BHRT and the supplement rollercoaster. I take no pharma, don't even see docs anymore (I used to pay out of pocket for holistic/ functional med docs that did not help one bit). Also consider iodine protcol, as in Lugol's; Dr Bright is a great resource for this a well. Most modern day humans are deficient in iodine. She has a book on menopause plus short informative vids on her channel such as "Menopause, what it is and what it is not". My very best.

I have been fighting a “unseen” illness throughout my body for about 2 years. Started as diverticulitis, with severe gerd, severere stomache acid. Issues After going on a low sugar ketogenic Diet with lots of herbs and lots of supplements, including hcl for stomache acid, beef liver capsules, and magnesium in variou forms, stomache acid has returned to normal. Stomache
Digestion is very good, I chased this disease around all over my body, my arthritis in my back disappeared, my carpal tunnel in my hands is non existent, then came the scary part. I had this unseen disease in my heart and lungs. For the past 6 months it’s been Dieing off in on and around my chest cavity and I will say this for about a 2 month span my histamine levels were very high. I took many different supplements for histamines for adrenals and found really only a few things thst worked. Shot of liquid magnesium glycinate in the morning, beef liver capsules throughout the day, very very minuscule amounts of percaset, like .5 mg 2-3 times a day, with a degree of mobility especially after eating helps. Drinking about 1/2 gallon-1.5 gallons of clean water a day, and zinc in the afternoon 1-2 hours away from any sources of copper or iron. Also I don’t reccomend taking straight iron capsules it seems to feed most disease m, rather get your iron from beef and olives. I’m no dr but half the problem you are facing is due to vitamin deficiencies as well as taking the wrong combination of nutrients at the wrong time, because lots of vitamins compete for absorption which will leave you out of whack after time. Also if you have candida Sibo long Covid lupus what have you, and have a treatment that works Remmeber to treat it little by little, sometimes less is more. Also I have used intermittent fasting 1-3 days a week to help starve disease, boost the bodies immune response and boost other hormones. If your fighting severe disease you don’t want to fast more then 20 hours at a time imo your nutrient levels will deplete too much but inflammation seems to decrease with fasting for 12-20 hours a day 1-3 days a week hope something in what I said helps somebody who is suffering it will get better if you don’t give up.

QUESTION: I have MCAS and MTHFR. So my understanding is that it's NOT recommended to take methylated B12 if you have MCAS and histamine issues? What about other methylated B Vitamins if you have MCAS? My OATS test showed low B12. I did methylated B12 shots for a period of time and ended up with blood serum levels of B12 in the thousands. But this creates toxic histamine, correct?

I found just doing a parasitic cleans helped tremendously. No more symptoms/ problems even gets rid of cysts (chocolate and solid) and fibroids (cuz the parasites take the nutrients and the body reacts that way cuz what would normally be used is taken. The main issue is the individual and their sensitivity from the die off (cuz the parasites weaken the gut and the body weakens as a result) . So use lots of binders to help when doing the cleanses especially if the die off is crazy ( gotta power through that most won’t and like to run to the doctors who NEVER help except to remove your womb or something drastic and unnecessary) then it goes away. The parasites are SMART, but not invisible. Parasites meaning bacteria, virus , FUNGUS/mold (especially with the endo) worms of the gut, infections they are all the same despite how the medical field likes to compartmentalize them. Their logic is they couldn’t pick a paper off the floor with their fingers cuz they think they needs a special paper picker upper. Speaking from LOTS of experience with myself and other women.

Completely safe. Take a natural B complex (Natural Factors) with 400mg of B2 but don't take more than 75mg-100mg of B6 and make sure it's the Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Douglas laboratories) makes a great one. It's 50mg but you're getting 25mg in the natural B complex. And as far as the B1 make sure it's Benfotiamine because it's the only one that can cross the blood brain barrier and is much more Bioavailable. If you're going to supplement with Niacin (B3) try and get 500mg of Non-flush, trust me you'll thank me later. Hope this helps.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! I have been struggling for a year with raging histamine issues that I suspect were triggered by the bivalent m-RNA COVID booster I got. Finally I am making progress with a low histamine diet (after 3 months!) + DAO supplement (Hard to source and really expensive on an ongoing basis! Can DAO be prescribed so that it is covered under health benefits???) Still, I need more support (part 3 of the strategy), but am still trying to figure this out. Is part 3 the mast cell stabilizers? I have not been diagnosed with MCAS because the results of my blood panel did not meet the tryptase levels/cutoff to meet the diagnostic criteria, but I suspect MCAS (or at least, histamine intolerance) is the issue.

Just a heads up. Meditation acts as a natural antihistamine and mast cell stabilizer. It also changes our epigenetic markers after 8 hours. Jasmine, who ran healinghistamine blog, wrote about hist extensively. Stinging Nettle Tea has also been very helpful for me. Immunoglobulins to reduce inflammation, help gut immunity and repair lining, bind to toxins, reduce sensitivities and more. Another one is colostrum and pasteurize it with a specific protocol to make it pathogen safe. I spoke with a man who healed himself and gained 30 pounds in 2 months (from 130 to 160). I'm going to be calling farmers all winter to land enough sources to fuel a bi-daily 300ml regime of it. He told me it saved him. There's much more that has helped me, but I wanted to stay concise. I wish you luck!

    Great info thank you !
I’ve been told I’ve MCAS and adrenal burnout and unfortunately my body can’t handle the supplements I need to get better as it makes me feel worse. What are my options to get well without supplements ? Been working on the gut issue with low histamine foods, acerola,.. I feel stuck and unable to enjoy life.
    Thank you sir ..

Same.Supplements are a nightmare for me. I find carnivore ish works for me; I do drink a lot of raw milk. No smoked or processed meats. Cant do supplements. Also using homeopathy and it does seem to be helping. I had severe oxalate damage (among other things) and that healing is a long road. I also do the Buyteko method of breathing and that helps too. Currently the nux vomica homeopathy is an excellent remedy for me; and I take some homeopathic allergy formulas that work very well for me as well. I hope you find some healing!

I’m confused by this too. I’m low in vit c and can’t find any supplement or food that I can tolerate without disabling reactions.

@@hadassah6085 Try super clean grass/hay fed A2 RAW milk if you can find some (and if you tolerate it). It is not high in it, but I drink about 4-6 cups a day and I get enough. I think goat milk has it too; although it may be lower. I drink raw cow milk. If you reduce your carbs, this tends to lower your need for vitamin C. The more collagen foods you eat (think meat); and the less carbs you eat, this seems to lower how much vit c your body needs. (raw milk has more than enough carbs so you don't need to add any). If you tolerate a little lemon, you can always add some fresh juice to a little water. I don't do well with lemons so I avoid that. Plus lemon wrecks your teeth over time. I don't do well with any plant foods that contain vit c.
