Amen! I seek daily to draw closer to God and for his conviction and correction, to reveal areas of unforgiveness, bitterness and even deep seated anger for past events. I also seek His forgiveness for my sometimes lack of time with Him and you are 100% correct it is us that move away and then feel it is God who has done so, maybe a lie whispered by the enemy when not focused daily on God and His will for our life. I'm going to be in contact soon, have been seeking prayer about an issue with my sibling and still praying for God's clear guidance, I worry about Satan's interference and discerning his lies from what God impresses upon my heart. Thank you, God knew I needed to hear this today, He is so good to me.

I am discouraged in my faith. The church is empty to me. I have been studying a lot and my faith walk is going down a Torah Observant road. I find so much truth but am struggling with it.
