    40 Minute Lower Body Strength Workout with Stratton - Legs on the menu today! We'll be starting with a 50 rep leg exercise warm up, and our format will be 40/20 x 15. Grab those dumbbells and let's get working!

    Those deadlifts were brutal! It was a great session. Thanks for the tibialis raises. I used 17 , 25 , 30, and (1) 35lb for the duration.

    What can I do if my forearms start to hurt when I'm holding weights? Just try a different position?

      Keep a soft elbow - don't lock it out. Also, try hoisting the weight to the shoulders and alternate between that and letting them hang by your sides. You could also try wrist straps.
