Hydration deserves respect! Agreed!
Still moast … usable , logical and understandable info! Thank’s! 💪🤙
Great vid! Should you drink water with electrolytes outside of a workout setting?
Nope, no need for this. However, I do have my 1-on-1 guys sprinkle a small amount of pink salt on each of their main meals. This, I definitely recommend.
And what carbohydrates and amino acids and electrolytes should I buy
Love science behind all this. This is high skill pro stuff. I know I need better hydration, coffee gets in the way. It's the life blood of I.T.
How much water would you need if you are 165 pounds
2339 grams/ml of water!
Your weight divided by 2 equals your required ounces of water. 165/2 = 85.2 oz. or roughly 10 glasses a day.
Ok thank you
Can I drink more than half my body weight
Yep.
Can someone build a calculator for this in excel or something 😂
