Thanks for the advice coach! I’ve been paying a lot of attention to my pre and post game activity/decisions lately and have seen noticeable improvements! This video gave me some great additions to that!
Yep, you can. However, they are far down on my list for active recovery recommendations as I feel like yoga, mobility work, aerobic training, and cross-training all provide a wider scope of benefits in addition to their active recovery design. Also, I prefer to use foam rollers pre-game if they are going to be used: www.hockeytraining.com/domination/
Little tip from a professional videographer/editor. Don't use auto focus. Since you aren't really moving in the shot, just put the white board up that you plan on using, get behind the camera, and focus it. Boom done. It shouldn't ever change focus after that and since you aren't moving its fine. Auto focus will tend to look at the center of the shot and find focus non-stop, meaning if you move your arm in the center it will focus to that quickly and then back out.

Love this channel, thank you!
Great to have you here :)
Can you use Normatec Boots for active recovery? Vibrating foam roller?

I do second this - the searching for focus moves the lens a lot during this video. However, the info was awesome and much appreciated.
