Finally an Aussie plant channel! I only ever see American or English plant channels and whenever they talk about a pretty plant, I look it up and am always dissappointed to find that it's not available in Australia yet :( Thanks for this video! :)

I just found your channel and now a new owner of this begonia. It was a rescue from a plant clearance rack. It isn't in too bad of shape. I have it near a window but not in direct sun. Also, I have a grow light near it.

I just got my first plants (two polka dot begonias) and it's the first video I've watched about taking care of plants and I absolutely enjoyed it. much better than websites since you covered lots of good points normal articles didn't. And i think the way you enjoy being there with your plants and making videos is adorable! keep up the good work!

I got one today, but the only nice pot I have has no holes at the bottom. I planted it with a chunky orchid mix. I plan to water it over the sink and use my hand to drain the pot well after watering, by tipping it upside down. I've done the same for my alocasia's and they are doing great. I'm in Sydney too and this guy has gone in my bedroom where I have artificial lighting. Since it's not hot sunlight I'm hoping that it would be alright. Thank you for the video and it's great to have someone in Australia doing plant videos, as certain plants that other overseas plant people have are sometimes impossible to get here, plus our climate is much different to theirs in the northern hemisphere. Thank you!
