    . chopped parsley
    . chopped tomatoes
    . green onions or onions
    Burgul
    .soke it in olive oil and lemon or just water
    .
    Seasoning
    .salt
    . pepper (optional)
    .mint
    .a bit more lemon if needed!
    .mix
    And that's all

    I went looking for bulgur wheat and only found the really course kind....should I wait to make it when I find the fine stuff and not the course? Edit: I could probably put it in the food processor huh lol

      Its not. It originated in the Lebanese mountains were they used the local herbs, bulgur and lemon juice for the salad, tomatoes were later added to the recipe as they are not a local plant
