Full-Body STRETCH & Postpartum Pelvic Floor Exercises (Feels Amazing For Breastfeeding!)

  • We are almost at the end! Today is DAY 13 of the postpartum workout challenge! It's also a reward for all the hard work you have been doing! We are doing a FEEL GOOD full-body stretch with postpartum pelvic floor exercises sprinkled in! I do recommend having a strap (or baby blanket/long-sleeved shirt) and 2 blocks (or water-bottles or dumbbells) to full take advantage of this stretch class! I hope your body feels amazing after these postpartum stretches (especially feels amazing if you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding or pumping!)

    Hi I just had my second baby yesterday. All my prenatal workouts have been with you and now I just began my day one post partumn with this video half of it felt strange and half felt so good especially after breast feeding all night long I was so stiff. Day one postpartum is feeling very good so far.

    It all felt good, but strangely enough, it was the glute stretch that felt the best.
    Also, I learn so much from your videos about my body and how to protect my core and exercise without getting injured! So many other channels do exercise videos, but I feel like I get so much education that applies to my body here!

    This whole video felt so amazing! I'm three months postpartum and getting my energy back, then worked out really good yesterday. I was stiff today and this felt absolutely wonderful.

    Amazing thank you so much, I am 7 months post partum and the only exercise I've done so far is walking. My body is feeling very stiff. The stretches felt AMAZING!!!

    These videos have been amazing!! Thank you so much for producing them 👏 My favourite stretch is for my legs atm, and I find the back stretches the hardest. For some reason my back hurts a lot more since giving birth, so I am hoping that I will regain my strength in my back again :)

    Thank you! It's like 11.30 pm over here and i'm only just doing it, lovely stretch before bed. Any stretch for my shoulders or hips or knees is my preference. Can't wait for the dance party!
    Random question, do you do anything live? (like Joe Wicks was doing during lockdown?)

    Really big fan on your focus on postpartum workout and i really enjoy your 14 days challenge. I like this workout... However for me in a stretch workout like this i find the up beat music a bit disturbing. I would love it to be more relaxing in a workout like this one.
    Besides that i love your workout and it have really helped me after giving birth 😁

    Thank you so much, especially loved the figure 4 and the side body stretch at 12:45. My back was killing me before this, so much tension, and now I feel great!
    You have mentioned that you have a prolapse series, but I can't find it. Could you link me to it? 2 months postpartum, dealing with prolapse and I'm not sure which exercises are safe for me to do. I did your videos through most of my pregnancy and am excited to get back into them.

    hey you tricked me lol I thought we were stretching, I was trying to stretch in between working hard not work out in between working hard lol, it was a great stretch but I have a feeling this isn't just a regular once in a while deep stretch. On a serious note I actually have really bad diastasis I have had for 15 years because I didn't know what it was. I'm ready to do something about it. This was actually really good for beginning because I felt like I worked out and stretched too...
