    You are the only one I follow with respect. Want to know if you can make a video(s) how long to hold a pose, ?, how many times a day?, when to change to different poses? Please when you get a chance

    You are so good at explaining in a very laymen term, which i really appreciate. Thank you 🙏. I am catching up with all your videos and teachings. I have severe pain on my right hand shoulder which stops me getting into proper asana but i am doing it very slowly and hopefully i will get there. Any remedy for hand & shoulder pain, i would really be grateful.

      If you find difficulty while performing any practice make sure that you go slow and don’t force yourself to reach complete posture. Do regular such as for shoulder strengthening and I am strengthening, this should help you to release the pain.     Hi mam you're really an inspiration for me ❤
    Mam I've one question,
    I had multiple ribs fracture and pelvic fracture December 2018, I was fully recovered on May 2019.
    Now I don't feel like I ever had any fracture and all but when I do yoga my parents worry so much and tell me not to do tough postures.
    Mam is it fine for me doing yoga with proper technique.
    What do you suggest?

      Yess you can but I still feel if you practice in the presence of any teacher would be better for a month or 2. Just to make sure that you are doing fine 😊🙏

    Hai,
    You are doing good job. Congrats & thanks a lot. When i try to do bhujangasana, especially when I try to put my butt in the ankle area , I feel pain and same pain in the ankle area, when try to do padmasana. Pls kindly tell me how to overcome.

    Hi Neha, At the start, I can get onto all fours and bring the left knee forwardsbut lack the flexibility to then move my left foot to the right hip. Do you have any suggestions please?

      You need to practice few times and understand the alignment in this video. Slowly you can see the flexibility and your posture getting better 🙏

    I was watching your splits video which is excellent & came here to understand the pigeon pose.
    With the right leg stretched behind, do you sit on the left hip? I also had a query regarding the child's pose. When I try to touch my forehead on the ground, my hips come off the ground. Should I keep my the hips on the ground always even if that means my forehead not touching the ground?

      Yes in child posture try to keep your hips on the heals and drop your chin down to the chest. You can also keep your knees wide if that helps 😊 eventually if you work on hip opening postures you should not be facing this issue with the hip not going down.
      In pigeon posture you should not sit in any of the side or the floor you should be in Center 😊🙏

    I was wondering why some pigeon poses I see where the knee in front also has the foot pointing outwards instead of under the thigh. Is that a safe practice and why do others do it that way?

    Hi Mam, I underwent ACL tear and surgery in my knee. But when I practice this pose I don't feel any pain. Can I practice this or should I avoid it?

      It depends on your spine flexiblity... you can also work on your back bends and warm everyday, if so, you might take max 15 days to be there 😊

      If you still feel any pain in your body I think you should start with very mild warmup and if possible few stretches don’t try to force yourself. Once you feel you’re getting better slowly start moving towards few different postures🙏😊

    Part one deals with practice on hip and thighs. For that suryanamaskaar, butterfly for three minutes, cross leg touch with hand, . Relaxing poses parvatasan, child pose and shavassn with gradually increasing relaxsetion

      If you could do simple yoga everyday, you can easily gain stamina. Start with suryanamaskara and practice this for 5-10 times in the beginning, eventually you see the difference in stamina accordingly you can increase the count of your practice 😊🙏
