I have severe pain on my right hand shoulder which stops me getting into proper asana but i am doing it very slowly and hopefully i will get there. Any remedy for hand & shoulder pain, i would really be grateful.
If you find difficulty while performing any practice make sure that you go slow and don’t force yourself to reach complete posture. Do regular such as for shoulder strengthening and I am strengthening, this should help you to release the pain. I was watching your splits video which is excellent & came here to understand the pigeon pose. With the right leg stretched behind, do you sit on the left hip? I also had a query regarding the child's pose. When I try to touch my forehead on the ground, my hips come off the ground. Should I keep my the hips on the ground always even if that means my forehead not touching the ground?
Yes in child posture try to keep your hips on the heals and drop your chin down to the chest. You can also keep your knees wide if that helps 😊 eventually if you work on hip opening postures you should not be facing this issue with the hip not going down. In pigeon posture you should not sit in any of the side or the floor you should be in Center 😊🙏

Mam only stomach fat burning is possible, some telling it's not possible if we doing yoga or exercise full body become fat burn not only stomach it's true?

If you still feel any pain in your body I think you should start with very mild warmup and if possible few stretches don’t try to force yourself. Once you feel you’re getting better slowly start moving towards few different postures🙏😊

Part one deals with practice on hip and thighs. For that suryanamaskaar, butterfly for three minutes, cross leg touch with hand, . Relaxing poses parvatasan, child pose and shavassn with gradually increasing relaxsetion
