Day 1 of 4 days Bakasana Practice | How to practice Crow Pose| Yoga For Beginners

- This is not a beginner asan, but if you continue to practice arm balances, you can see yourself practicing there. To achieve this asan you need to work on your wrist strengthening, Arm strengthening, and shoulder strengthening. Here I have tried to make it easy for you to practice and practiced into 4 pieces where you know whats the condition of your body and how to go ahead with this. try not to push yourself and go slow with time. Enjoy the journey.
Crow Pose strengthens the wrist, forearms, and abdomen while stretching your upper back. It improves balance and core strength.
Bakasana helps strengthens abdominal organs to aid in lower back pain and indigestion.
Bakasana helps strengthens arms.
Bakasana helps stretch and strengthens the back.
Bakasana helps stretch and strengthens inner thighs.
Bakasana helps opens the groin.
Bakasana helps strengthens the wrists!.
Bakasana helps builds endurance and focus - mental focus and calm!
Bakasana develops immense concentration.
Avoid practicing Bakasana if you have any wrist injury and shoulder injuries.
Women who are menstruating and who are pregnant should avoid practicing Bakasana
Don't forget to add a warm-up and a few repetitions of Suryanamaskara before you start.

You can compile the 21 days yoga in one video so that we can do at one stretch.
I am a 21 day so that people can practise same videos into repetitions two or three times each day so it will anyways be 20 to 30 minutes of practice and that without warmup where people have an option to add their own warm ups as well😊🙏

Do you take online live yoga classes I really want to go for regular practice under guidance of good teacher for over all health and flexibility
I guess 1 day practice is not enough for me for these day 1 postures. I will give 2-3 days daily then switch to bakasana day 2 😀

You are simply amazing. But I can’t even lift my legs from floor to touch the elbows while doing the last pose. How to achieve it?
You can do it but take it easy. You can do it only with practice and patience 😊🙏
