I was not even able to do any basic bend. For that much stiffness now I can do camel posture, dhanurasan, bhujangasan, paschimmottasan and pigeon posture . All thanks to you Neha mam . My yoga guru🙏💜

Hi Mehek don’t take so much of stress to start with practice light asanas don’t try anything which will make you feel hurt. Add more of Surya Namaskar us to your practice this will help you to get a balanced body along with the series I’m sending you a link for your lower body workout you can add that and practice every day. I tried halasana many times while i practicing it along with breathing, feeling pain in middle of the chest.I am thinking it's due to my chest muscles are week.At start I tried some what I feel pain but slowly the pain gone and while i want to bend it very most I feel pain.can I continue to practice it.

First You need to do basic postures if you are able to do intermediate postures then only go for advanced postures
Halasana is a very difficult posture
Madam am a new comer for yoga .so can I do sarvangasana first and then halasana practice at the same day in the new beginning.
