- You got to be careful when you practice for the spine as without warm up try not to practice. Do a very good Spine warm up and suryanamaskara for which you can see the below link. If you practice this asnana properly with alignment then you will that you have worked on your whole body. Keep practicing and stay healthy
Don't forget to add a warm-up and a few repetitions of Suryanamaskara before you start.

Hi am handicapped by one of my leg i have started yoga at home by my self and actually improved in many asana ..i was not able to hold my legs with my hand previously currently i am able to hold my legs but cant yet able to lift my thighs up

While lifting my thighs and head am not able to keep my knees close to each other... I mean both my legs are apart frm each other... If i join both the knees am losing my control mam...how to overcome this...
Hi, to start with your practice you don’t have to worry too much about keeping your knee closer to each other. First priority is to life your chest and thighs off the mat and then first try to be comfortable there for a while. When you keep practicing this asana on regular basis you can see the difference on your posture and eventually you should try to get your thighs together.

Iam a beginner ....i never tried yoga,for the first time i have started....i started yoga with chakrasana ....and i successfully completed... But in this Asana the fourth posture u have done is very difficult to me....iam not able to do that posture ....only i could lift my legs a little...i could not lift the legs as u did in this video....and i got stucked there ......what should i do now..plse give me any suggestion

You can retreat the asana for about 2-3 times with good breathing. I would suggest for a better results of asana you practice warm every time
