I was shocked to discover that George, following his release from prison, was actually able to marry & have a family. Surely the fact that he had strangled to death, tried to set alight, decapitated & disposed of Julie's body, would have been enough to deter any sane woman from wanting to marry him - with the thought that he might also want to kill them one day as well! I also found it hard to understand why Julie would want to remain romantically involved with a man who had tried to strangle her own mother. Surely that alone would have been a very bad omen for any future romantic relationship with him.
Weird but true. Ted Bundy got married in prison and had a child. (I don't get how he got conjugal visits considering that he clearly had a big problem with women and killed them)...but at least Ted was in prison where he could be monitored to some extent. This wife of George must have liked those "bad boys", as did Julie. That's the only explanation that I can come up with. As far as trying to choke her mom--personally I would have run for the hills.

Oh I think he just realizes that it's good for a laugh without really hurting anyone!
I've never been to NJ. If his jokes were actually funny I might try to defend it as freedom of speech, but as it is the NJ jokes are cringe and make me wonder more about what's wrong with Dr. Grande than it does what's wrong with New Jersey.
I live in Long Island NY and everyone here agrees NJ is the armpit of America
Dr Grande surelt has not few new jersey fans. He speaks so nice about them.
Served 8 years for premeditated murder. Unbelievable. No justice in this case
….”I guess there was no spark!” 😂😂😂
Your narration is as always entertaining and informative
Being from New York I can appreciate Dr. Grande’s New Jersey shade 😂😂😂
Hmmmm definitely a lot wrong going on with this case. Thank you for sharing this story!
Hey, it's Petal! It's very cool seeing one of my fave creators commenting on a video of another one of my faves 😊. Appreciate you both so much 💕.
Love the comic timing of the New Jersey references😂 I'm in UK and have no idea what NJ is actually like..
You're a genuinely intelligent and wonderful man, Dr. Grande! 🧡
I love you content and style of addressing cases.
Dr. Grande's jokes are solid in this one. Mainly because they are so subtle. I like it.
Hi Dr.Grande. I really appreciate your channel. I feel like I’m getting a two for one. I never know when you’re going to be a doctor or a comedian, but I enjoy both.😂😂
He's a Docmedian! I love his dry wit.😄
@@rayross997 love it!
It's especially when NJ gets involved
I love your sarcastic quips about New Jersey
He should have said "Ghetto" instead of New Jersey. Some people who don't study New Jersey think it's a safe place.
Dr. Grande’s irrational hatred for New Jersey is my new favorite thing.
"Her father John was raised in Philadelphia and also born there. He spent most of his days on the playground, until he got into one little fight that scared his Mom"
😂🤝
Julies policemen father bringing home alcohol that he had gotten from kids home to Julie's alcoholic mother was distressing by its self . That Julie stayed with her fella after hes to have tried to strangle her mother was worse .I am glad that Julie was not able to bring her daughter to Greece .Poor Julie .
On the positive side, he was taking the alcohol from minors. We'll never know how many young livers he saved.
Thank you so much for your criminal investigative reporting. This is why thousands of us rely on your analysis of past or current criminal cases. Thank you for the long hours you spend researching so we get current, objective reporting on uTube. 🤔👍
Thanks as always for a thought provoking case... On a lighter note, I CANNOT with you 🤣🤣🤣
The snark is off the Richter Scale today... "married an electrician, but there was no spark"😂😂🔋⚡
Another fine episode. It reminded me of those glamour photo shops in every mall back in the early 90s.
... "Growing up Julie had a lot of strikes against her... She was exposed to New Jersey"! 😁😂🤣
He was very influential member of the crew “With out him, who’s knows what could it happen to the pool”…..Dr. Grande…OFF THE WALL🤣🔥🔥
Dr. Grande is the Jordan of criminal analysis.
The shade to New Jersey is giving me life this morning!
It just occurred to me , you haven’t analyzed the life of el chapo and his wife .. that be so worth listening 🎉
I love your dry sense of humor! You slip in some gems :) thank you for this video
Being exposed to New Jersey during one's formative years is often enough to condemn even the most promising of souls to a lifetime of misery.
She never had a chance! 😂
Really depends on what part of jersey tho. Parts of north and Central NJ are pretty good
@@summrflowers7253 yeah but that's most of NE from Massachusetts/Connecticut to parts of Delaware it's all very affluent
@summrflowers7253 Eddie Murphy was born and raised in Brooklyn NY🫣
Don’t forget Chris Rock and Wendy Williams
7:30 - I enjoy your raucous delivery of humor. Those punch lines hit like an asthma inhaler ( light and refreshing ).
I think the personality characteristic of Dr. Grande that I most identify with is his utter contempt for New Jersey
New Jersey & the pool comments. Crazy 🌟
I’m a bit younger, live in Jersey via Philly and was born in Kensington. Never heard of this!! Crazy.
He tried to strangler her once, yet she wanted to, still, marry him.
Loneliness,self esteem issues.
she was abused by her mother so abuse was "normal"
@Ann-sj4pt no, hybristophilia.
@@mjanny6330 one doesn’t negate the other.
Yeah, like, here's your sign!!
"there was no spark"
im still listening to some videos i havent yet , this is an oldie but a good one, Dr Grande🤣
Lyndenn Bray in Louisville, KY was found dead by ligature hanging after a fight with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend also tried to start her car on fire. I would be interested in a video about this incident.
Murder, burning body, hacking off head....8 years in prison???
And now he's walking around free, in Greece. Great.
Being from Philly I remember this case. When it popped up I thought "Is this that case about the guy who killed his girlfriend in Greece and threw her head into the ocean?" MAN.. I never heard that her head had indeed been FOUND! Amazing to hear about her life backdrop. What a 'train wreck'..
Bro. Your NJ digs crack me up every time 😂😂. I seriously laugh out loud when they catch me off guard. I spit my drink out when you said that one girl that lived in a bad town in PA that was SO bad that she went to NJ for vacation. 😂😂.
Also, I’m from NJ 😂
My name is Karen and I am from New Jersey! OMG I HAVE TWO STRIKES AGAINST ME! Somebody help! 🤣🤣🤣
So, what happened to the $600K? Did George end up with it? Did the ex-husband keep it?
Hopefully it went to her daughter. Surely it didn’t go to George.
At 2.000.000 subs, could you do a trip to New Jersey please
Damn, that analysis was DEEP! And the Jersey jabs were so well crafted that I can’t even take offense.
Dr, your sense of humor is awesome. Love your channel
You have the best dry humor! I think you're one of the best therapists too. I would say I agree with your possible diagnoses.99%. I only have only a minor in psychology, a d associate in Human Services so I'm really not so knowledgeable
But I've learned quite a lot from you thx
He is SO FUNNY!! I have a question though, why is Dr. Grande so against New Jersey? What’s the story behind that? Does someone know?
It's the little things about Dr. Grande that I love so much. The way he'll string words that begin with the same letter together to form sentences. Little insights into his psyche like how much he hates Jersey without saying that at all. What's with the cacti? His voice is soothing to. 😘
i keep laughing at the totally uncalled for jersey jabs hahahaha
I don’t know about Miss Scully, but your analysis of Jersey seems accurate.
I wondered about that myself. His wife didn't think that was maybe a red flag?
Weird but true. Ted Bundy got married in prison and had a child. (I don't get how he got conjugal visits considering that he clearly had a big problem with women and killed them)...but at least Ted was in prison where he could be monitored to some extent. This wife of George must have liked those "bad boys", as did Julie. That's the only explanation that I can come up with. As far as trying to choke her mom--personally I would have run for the hills.
I love that you maintain a clinical focus and decorum while ragging on Jersey lol
The boys from Jersey will not be happy with you, Dr. Grande.😄
I'm a long time NJ resident, and think he's hilarious.
Be careful
He really loves New Jersey, most people don't get his humor.
I don't think NJ is all that bad🙂. I live in NY but have been to NJ many many times and it really is quite nice....maybe not all of it but enough of it. I still
LOVE your channel and it'd informative yet humorous content. I wouldn't miss a single episode!
