    Ingredients:
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 cup hemp milk
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    A pinch of salt
    Cooking oil or butter for the pan
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Oats:In a blender, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine oat flour.
    2. Mix Wet Ingredients:In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
    3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
    4.Combine Everything:Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
    5. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking oil or butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
    6. Serve: Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, yogurt, honey, or maple syrup.
