    Thank you for another wonderful video. I do your neck and upper shoulders video after work everyday to decompress. This will be a wonderful addition to the end of day routine. Do you recommend doing this breathing exercise at the same time as your other routines?

      I highly recommend doing this breathing exercises before any stretch routine. It helps decrease neuromuscular tension so your muscles can relax, preparing your body for the stretching routines.
