      The results varies for everyone. For some, it can improve GI mobility within a day or two. Hope this helps!

      It definitely can but it is designed with the mindset of improving mobility and not so much addressing edema yet reducing the risk edema. Keep in mind, the voodoo band can be quite uncomfortable and causes a bit of friction. I would recommend compression socks instead of the voodoo band to help with reducing the risk of edema.

      Genius Johnny! Have you ever tried this new device that is a ball on one side and the other side is flat which sticks to the wall? You use the ball to release trigger points. I find that super helpful as well!

    These are great tools and I use it regularly. But it looks like a Body Back Buddy, not a Theracane. Both are great, just nitpicking.

      Hi Tina, Happy to help! I don’t recommend using the Theracane on the areas of your fusion since those areas should not be mobile. I recommend bringing the Theracane into the clinic during your physical therapy session and ask your physical therapist how she would like you to use it. She most likely would recommend you to use it to loosen muscles and not mobilize the joints. Hope that helps!
