Genius Johnny! Have you ever tried this new device that is a ball on one side and the other side is flat which sticks to the wall? You use the ball to release trigger points. I find that super helpful as well!
Thank you for doing this video!!!I'm in physical therapy right now for cervical fusion on C5 thru c7. She recommended that I get one of these and mine didn't come with any instructions
Hi Tina, Happy to help! I don’t recommend using the Theracane on the areas of your fusion since those areas should not be mobile. I recommend bringing the Theracane into the clinic during your physical therapy session and ask your physical therapist how she would like you to use it. She most likely would recommend you to use it to loosen muscles and not mobilize the joints. Hope that helps!
Great video! Just tried that first rib mob, loved it!
Wow!! TheraCane, where have you been all of my life.
Years of discomfort eased in minutes.
thanks for the bubbly personality. appreciate the new tricks for my theracane.
Any time!
Thank you!! I have the cane and a terribly stiff neck for months! I'm starting these exercises now!....Vicki
The Theracane is so helpful! Hope the exercises and tips help. ☺️
Good job 👍🏻 good instructions too.
Love my body back buddy. ❤️
Thank you so much for sharing exercises to do with this contraption. I went through 20 useless videos before I found you.
Happy to help!
At 4:55 - would be nice to get a back view as to where it was placed and also an x on the drawing as to where to do the placement.
This was helpful, thanks. Not to be a stickler, but it seems you are using a Body BackBuddy which is a direct competitor to TheraCane.
Hi! Yes you are right! I made the correction in the info portion so the Body Back Buddy gets credit. Thank you!
I like to use this on my bed. Using the bed as a wall to apply pressure to triggerpoints

Thank you! The neck extension one felt really nice!
Thanks, this helped. A lot. Especially the last few exercises
I wanted to add: the last exercise, massaging the first rib. For me, it actually works wonders in anxiety relief.
@@BerakObama So does masturbation.
@@Stoffendous that’s something between you and your theracane
Thanks so much
You're welcome!
Thanks!
Welcome!
That's the exact one i have 👍
I'm afraid i have fallen in love
These are great tools and I use it regularly. But it looks like a Body Back Buddy, not a Theracane. Both are great, just nitpicking.
Hi Steve! You’re right! I made that correction in the info portion to give the Body Back Buddy deserved credit! :)
Nice
