I love this workout Masha, Ive done it several times now, and always find it a great challenge, definitely not tame! I'm proud to say too, that Ive gone up from 10 lbs to 12 1bs in hand weights. That may not sound like a big change, but for me it is. Thanks again.Teresa
Wow Teresa, that's such amazing strength! I am a guy and am training with my gf! I could only manage this session with 1 lb dumbbells throughout but stopped at around 13 minute mark as my arms just gave up 😟Is it really poor? My gf used 15 lbs dumbbells!
I was a little surprised at how sweaty I got doing this one - it seems tame but it's harder than it looks. Especially the SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT WITH BICEPS CURL. A balance challenge for sure! :)
Effective! This definitely gets a sweat on! Increase your challenge with heavier weights. Your the best as always Marsha! ❤️ Have a shoulder bothering me and this was doable .
