15 Minute Abs Workout with Ball - Ab Targeting Exercises with Medicine Ball

- This abs workout with ball will make your abs burn and give them more definition and strength. The workout itself takes only 15 minutes and can be easily followed along at your own home. You only need a medicine ball and you are good to go.
The workout consists of 5 different exercises that are repeated twice over a total of 3 sets. Between each set you will get a short water break.

I appreciate that this workout has NO JUMPING & I modify the ball slams by not letting the ball hit the ground. This is a very apartment friendly workout and I haven't been able to find any other medicine ball workout videos like this
