    I appreciate that this workout has NO JUMPING & I modify the ball slams by not letting the ball hit the ground. This is a very apartment friendly workout and I haven't been able to find any other medicine ball workout videos like this

    This one crushed it! Arms, abs, legs are all on fire and heart rate up. Great short workout!

    LoVeD this Standing Ab w/o!!! I just got an 8lb medicine ball so I was excited to use it!! I'd LoVe to see more medicine ball workouts!!

    Thank you so much for this! It's easy to follow and do, doesn't take much room or equipment, and I can feel it engaging a bunch of muscle groups. I'll definitely be doing this frequently! ❤

    Love it!! Great first time doing our workout will continue and it’s been a lot time exercising for me. I just started workout again. I feel fabulous but will be little sore. 👍

    No ball, so I used a dumbbell, which was fine. Enjoyed! I teamed this with 10 minute back strength. Think I need the stretching now...

    Solid mobility workout, although I may need a heavier medicine ball. All in all good stretch though 👌

    I plan to Increase the weight next month. I use a 6lb ball. I'm going to add 2lb wrist weights. I hope I can go all month.🙏🙏🙏

    Works with a dumbbell just as well except you can’t slam it on the floor 😂
