I’ve been there... honestly if you can stick with it at your age, you’ll thank yourself so so much in the future! As for avoiding urges, i recommend doing something else every time you get an urge, such as perhaps watching a nofap video to remind your brain as to why you’re doing it. If that gets boring or repetitive, replace it with something else like sport or an action movie. This will stimulate the brain without resetting your progress

If you get the urges go do something immediately. Do push-ups until you can't. Do squats until you can't. Hop in the shower and turn it all the way cold and stay in there for a few minutes. Go for a walk or a jog. Basically, anything you do that is going to get you off your butt and moving will help.
