Good for you man. I'm finding myself quitting now at 24 after doing it for the last 10 years. It truly does poison your body and mind. I don't even know you kid - but I'm so proud of you please stay strong!
You need Jesus you will never feel fulfilled. You will make that million and say to yourself what changed and you will realize nothing in fact you will look at life and try to find meaning or purpose but your spirit cannot be fulfilled by materialistic things but by spiritual things. So when you get to that point remember what I said Jesus is the only who can fill the missing link and give you hope and meaning to this life.
This video is awesome. It explains exactly what NoFap should be, not some bullshit that turns you superhuman, but just being how you are intended to be. To everyone struggling with porn addiction, it's absolutely worth stopping, and you will 100% feel better about yourself. You can do it.
You really gotta stick with this. I’m telling you your mental clarity, confidence, work ethic, view on women, and just overall happiness will be so much better.
Mate, it is so REFRESHING to actually see a young man, who has a complete common sense and is confident to talk about his mistakes and describes the ground he moved to by learning from those mistakes!!! I wish I had somebody in my environment with your knowledge 20 years ago when I was a teenager. :) I hope your video will go around for a long time and will allow younger men, maturing men, growing men, to learn and follow a better path!
I second that. Very impressive and wise beyond your years. When I was a teenager 50 years ago, no one talked about masturbation or ever admitted doing it. It blows me away to see the younger generations talk out in the open about it and that's a good thing.
@@Dodgerzdennots so much as a 'good' thing where there's countless videos like these who just want to gather attention for views (it doesn't matter if they believe it to be deemed as right or not) telling ppl to 'stop' as its ruining your life based on that thing that is supposedly detrimental against and basing their own arguments as an objective fact that everyone would supposedly share... its a completely baseless argument because of that notion right there, the guy in the video talks about how he doesn't like those 'corny' nofap videos yet literally delves into that idea that those videos have when you're in a 'nofap' zone then your sexual experience will be automatically or progressively better with women (or men) as well as meeting your friends (which alludes to not succumbing into that urge when you're alone), going outside and going to the gym...
@@godzillazfriction Good point. In my day there was no information and no one ever talked about it and today it's information overload and everyone talks about it. I also wonder if these people talking about no fap are causing people to feel guilt or shame about masturbation in the same way religion tries to do that.
@@Dodgerzden i just find it strange how this culture that has been brought up from mostly or definitely American side of things is always about Males and not Females as in that Females are just out of the equation for some contradictory reason for the sake of 'self-improvement' and how you should stop what you're doing, and it's ruining your life...
I’m so tired of feeling like a slave to porn, like many others I’m now holding myself accountable by leaving this comment here as a reminder to keep staying strong. We can do this guys, stay strong.
If you want good advice, journal your feelings. Whether it’s you typing it in your notes or laptop, or a physical pen and paper. And practice mindfulness meditation everyday. It’ll help you identify your emotions and regulate them healthily
@@zeethreebuild discipline. It doesnt have to outright stop shaking the shaft, but from small things like wake up early and forcing yourself to write or read or do some house chores. The most important thing is do it strictly, beating an addiction may be bigger food than you can chew so eat it in small portions. Means do strict schedules from small things. Just small, and then get bigger portions. Remember, the peak of the mountain can be one feet away only if you walk towards it
I believe you are right, to conquer any addictions you eventually have to come to the mindset of i no longer.. smoke, drink, fap, or anything else. And if you fail, dust yourself off and start again
@@Asrajzz64 No. I believe you have to accept you are not perfect, and the goal is to be slightly better every day. If a relapse occurs you have two choices... 1 give up and not be better. 2 try again with a benchmark to apply yourself against. So if your not perfect and no one is, you quit and stop or get up and try again. Which are you?
@@BrainfooTV Sounds like an excuse in disguise. Of course though you always have that choice even before you relapse, give in or you can put your energy to something else. We need more solutions than to just tell us to relapse and start again, thats not truly progress.
@@BrainfooTV Clearly I'm not, but doesn't mean we should just take the easy way out and not actually try to progress in life. There has to be a point where it's day one or one day.
This is probably the best video related to this sh*t. After 16 years (started at around 11 yo) I feel like my mentality changed for real, even if I am not in my longest streak, I really feel like this is a thing of the past already (I don't even know what my streak is anymore). Thanks for this video, hopefully more people get a chance to watch it entirely.
yeah i can relate because i started when I was about 8 and I've stopped for a couple days now. Another thing I heard is that addiction is controlled by proteins in your body which gives you dopamine, and that the less you work that protein by doing it, the weaker it'll get. I don't know if that's helpful, but that's just something I wanted to share.
@@ForThePremiumthis is absolutely horrible. I hate this society so much that you started at fuckin 8 years old. Hope these dudes that make these adult films are punished when they die. They profit off our suffering absolutely disgusting stuff

Dude, i usually don't comment on videos, but this... this is what i needed. No screeming, no BS, and no lies. Just down to earth man to man. Thank you so much for the video and your support. You've earned my eternal respect. The least i can do it sub. Thank you man.
honestly, scary how relatable this video is I remember when I first tried to quit my addiction. I didn’t even think it was an addiction until I started getting thoughts in the back of my head trying to convince me to relapse that I knew weren’t even my thoughts I’ve been on and off with trying to quit this, but I think this video is really going to be helpful.
@@danielpittaway i actually started getting in the gym and started boxing outside of work. But when i feel the urge i turn on my console and play a couple games of madden to relieve the stress. Sorry to the others above for the late response. Stay strong
Thank you man, I’m 21 and I’ve been fucking up my whole life and I’m starting to realize i need a change and this is one of the things i need to fix if i wanna keep changing my life around.
I am 16 but I've already watched lots of videos like this and relapsed many times, but this video really made me think about all of it, I've gotta say you are really calming and I felt like my older brother was speaking to me, thank you man

When I was 16 many many years ago, I didn’t even know what no fap and SR was.. I had no issues with fapping and corn. That just tells me there’s a greater issue with teens nowadays, having instant access to corn and it’s creating a huge issue.
It’s easier and easier if you let yourself go along time then relapse, just like quitting alcohol I went a long time without drinking and now if I do go drink and I’m down for 3 days it’s just like what’s the point? Gets easier over time, let yourself go 7 days you’ll start talking to people and excelling, then when you relapse watch yourself push the people away, watch yourself feel like your on pins and needles you’ll think more and more what’s the point?
@@IntegraDIYalso the lack of in person interactions too… when you can have literally anything delivered to your door and see anything you want from a handheld device you can take anywhere, it makes for such a huge issue, considering at one point people had to actually GO OUT to socialize or get things they wanted. Dopamine naturally takes us to the easiest path or shortcut to do something and with how things are nowadays, it only gets worse
No Fap isn't really about the fact and activity of stopping to fap. It teaches you discipline to not do something even tho it feels good. its all mental.
and joke about saving 30 second and 5 calori, but its free exercise! lol most improtant part for me is transmute the sexual energy into goal focused grind im way more productif if im nofap, than lazy boring sleepy and nonchalent eyes of the tiger is no joke

boys you know the drill, like this comment everyday one person at a time to remind me i wrote this comment, 365 likes=365 days, we are in this together.
don't do streaks bro, no 365 days shit. just stop watching porn. and don't stop doing both at the same time, you will likely fail. start by cutting porn out from your life and fap here and there just to your imagination, and i promise you you will slowly lose interest
I don't have have a pornography addiction (I'm thankful to God for that, especially considering I'm in my teenage years). But this was an AMAZING video, that's important for all men to watch, this is definitely something I'll be sharing to my friends. Thank you so much for this Chi
Same, I’ve gotten much knowledge about porn and its harmful effects prior to my teenage years. So entering my teenage (and still am) years I thankfully never developed an addiction to porn or fapping. And I agree, this should be shown to more men (especially those in teen years since hormones are at peak) because porn and fapping is because more socially acceptable. It’s disgusting, and those who defend it saying “oh it’s not bad as long as you use it moderately and know it’s not the real world” or “you don’t want testicular cancer so it’s fine” are foolish and delusional.
@@fotis3v480 you make a good point here. Eternal vigilance is the price for remaining free from this scourge. I believe keeping on the "sigma male grindset" is the way to stay free.
I became addicted at the age of 11 and I've been hooked for 3 years now. Every time I finish I feel so guilty and say that I won't do it the next day, but it happens again. And I say I will stop again. This is the most moving video I've ever seen in my entire life and I just want to thank you for lifting me out of it. I'm so grateful.
Don't feel guilty, you are punishing yourself. Most of these influencers after they make the video and cannot find a woman, they do it anyway. Having a sexual drive is normal, there is nothing you should do about it. Learn to control it as much as possible but don't feel guilty if you still do it. You are criminalizing something that is just part of life. You have a body and you have biological functions, don't hate the body you live in.
Hey, I just wanted to say thanks. I'm not a porn addict but I appreciate this video anyway because you are one of the first people who actually framed it correctly and thoughtfully. Changes aren't measured in time, they're supposed to be something eternal.
This is why I still have hope. Because of amazing people like yourself. I swear from this point on I will try my absolute best to not lose control again. Thanks bro, you’re helping people everywhere in the best way possible. ❤
brother. as soon as you relayed your routine about instagram and upgrading intensity, i knew you relate exactly to me. im making great progress, and you’re idea of shedding the streak to just declaring i dont do it anymore, will help change my life. thank you man, you’re a blessing.
I have watched more than 20 such videos. But this one was really the last for me. I'm leaving this comment here so that I'll be reminded of this video when someone likes it. Hopefully in a few days, weeks, months or even years I can come back here and feel proud of what I am about to start.

The honesty and openness in the way you speak is admirable. You articulate your points incredibly well. Even the music is on point. You're helping a lot of people here. You should be so proud of the man you are. Inspirational bro!
Dude I just wanna say THANK YOU and I rarely type in all caps.. but man you are the most straightforward UA-camr I’ve seen talk on this topic. I am 16 turning 17 in a few weeks and you covered every single area I was confused about, What u said you struggled with is highly relatable with me regarding the cycle of repetitively stopping and starting over and over and over. I’ve heard people say stop counting the days before, but you gave a legitimate reason on why and from now on I promise to stop counting and to say I just don’t do it anymore. You seriously weren’t lying when u said this is your first and last video, you covered everything. Thanks alot bro🖤
@@Heisduke_.43 Yeah, that always got me so I ended up constantly relapsing from the urges, but If you’ve been through it enough to realize it is the farthest thing from worth it, you’ll be okay💯🙏
Bro you’re so real for this. I feel understood so much watching this. I’ve learned myself to not put myself on a streak and just don’t do it ever again. I’m probably at least 3 weeks clean now? Idk and idc. Just know if you’re reading this, you can do it. My personal advice is to just never keep track of your days as he said in the video. Anytime you think about doing it, have will power and move yourself out of that situation immediately.
This was probably the best of these type of videos ive seen on youtube. Will definitely be the last cuz this guy had the answer. He was real. Pure. And direct.💯
theres no man or boy on this planet that shouldn't watch this video. i teared up for the first time. im 19. longest "streak" was about 3 days and i never had more than one streak in a single month. So Basically everyday since i was 14. For the first time, for the last 4 days i have changed everything in my life, only goal of the day is to do better than the previous day. i feel like ive never even done it in the first place because i have completely un-identified myself as a fat, unfit, pathetic, junk-food-eating, fapping, lusting, vulgar, unholy person. I turned to God, deleted social medias, committed to hard work and my goals for the first time. And yes. i =m completely alone in my college dorm so its all u to me. The most powerful thing to remember always is that God is your best friend, He literally believes in you. He's waiting for you to realize the potential of the body and mind he gave you. I Thank Him everyday because of the blessing i have to change anything and everything about my mind, body and situations. You can literally change everything. Believe.
I'm 19 as well bro.. and tbh I unknowingly implemented all of chi's advice about a year ago, I just wanted to stop it and subconsciously I kinda already had most things he listed figured out. My longest "streak" was 11 months and he's right.. it doesn't exactly go away but the less you see or even remind yourself of it, the less you'll think about it, honestly. And even when you do, it'll be just that; a passing thought. It's like your brain gets reset back to normal.
Love the video man, this is totally different from what the other UA-camrs who make content about these topics do, no fake promises of u growing a second D and gaining superpowers after going on a 7 days streak, no Alpha/Beta male childish shi, no excessive/unnecessary use of bad words to sound tough and get the point across, u could watch this in a Church without no headphones on and not worry about getting kicked out, It's just straight to the point, with plenty of advice. Keep it up, hope ur channel grows more, +1sub.

I am 18 and have a girlfriend now, and I am happy to say much better self control. However I feel I needed this video in secondary school as a little kid that gave in to my desires. In fact the longer this video went on the more I learned that I can actually put a lot of my shortcomings in school and life as a teen down to an addiction like this. I focused less, I wasn't as locked in to my goals and always told myself, yeh I'll go gym today only to get home and give in to those desires and be filled with shame and guilt and lose all motivation to go gym, or even do my school work. Thank you for this video Chi, This might be the first and last NoFap video I ever watch but it is certainly not the last of your videos I'll ever watch. I hope for all the best for you and your channel, more people need to hear these messages and you're doing it the best of any other 'SeLf iMpRoVeMeNt', Eat Kale, 8 hours of sleep, Drink more water BS channel than I have ever seen. You have also educated me with information I can pass on to others. The greatest skill we as men can learn is self discipline. Much appreciated Sir RESPECT 👏
Im 33, and was introduced to p, probably at about 13. watched it consistently to about 27/28. I have so many memories of it over the years, it was there for me through thick and thin like an old friend. I remember stopping when i was 28, i was recently single and its true what they say, the world does seem different and exciting and you as a person improves drastically . I ended up back at my parents in lockdown and through a mixture of things - boredom, sadness, depression, ended back on it and my old friend was back, the routine was back and it was so difficult to stop, the hardest challenge. I am now off p, but recently in the last few months went back on it, i was feeling anxious with some things and needed my old memories. i was searching for my old memories and found them. Your brain is such a powerful thing, you very quickly convince yourself. my advice to anyone struggling is to focus your mind on something positive to improve yourself. You are with your mind 24/7, you need to know it better than the closest person in your life
Brother listen. Idk how long I’ve been off the corn, but the ABSOLUTE best two things I did to stop was 1 find God, I went to God for forgiveness and strength and to other people for advice. And two, sorry to say this, but you’re just a bitch, like is there nothing better that you can do with your life. What I mean is, whenever you feel like doing it, think about how idiotic you’ll feel after, and instead of doing that, get up, and get off your phone. Hope this helps
I'm in my late 30's and iv'e tried it all. I find no fap is one extreme, and fapping everyday is the other extreme.. Very very good video (i randomly saw it and clicked) hearing the mindset of a young man who is giving advice to other youth (especially men) is powerful. whoever reads this please keep at clearing your mind and focus on the better version of yourself & soon 100% you will be free - the road is rough but NOT impossible!!!! to the young man in the video you really should think about being a motivational/ public speaker. it's refreshing to hear the young youth (our future) speak life & give solid advice!!! keep up the good work
I've watched many videos about NoFap. But for real, you're the one that really awaken all the consciousness inside of me, like I feel I found the key to stop doing that and focus my energy to the other things in my life. I’m proud of you, bud. I’m not that much older (14), but I can say that especially before you’re done with High School (I just started, lol!), once you forget about your streak and stop going on social media, I promise everything will be better. It’s easier said than done, and I also need to follow in those same footsteps. We both can grow in our own separate ways, and I want to applaud you for being brave and admitting your flaws. It’s a hard thing to do. I still struggle with admitting my own flaws, but I can say that I have also struggled with corn addiction and would keep going back to the CornHub purely for the bust. I hope this message helps in even the slightest bit, and we both can continue to grow to be better in our own directions. Good luck, my man!❤

It’s time to change for the better. I have to take Control over myself and start becoming the man I always wanted to be. You are right 🙏 I needed that to finally quit my addiction to porn
I used to do it several times a day. The addiction was crazy, but then I got a crush on a beatiful girl that I liked. That didn't dtop me at first though, but after half a year my feelings for her grew stronger where it felt like I was cheating everytime I did it. After realizing that, I haven't done it by myself since. We are now together and my life couldn't be any better❤
I first had the desire to quit and better myself when I started dating. We broke up, but it changed me permanently. Even though I am struggling again, I hate it and the thought of being ruled by porn sickens me. I am GOING to quit.

Hey man, I’m 14 and I really needed this, I’ve been going thought this thing for over 3 years (I know I started very young) and I’ve been really trying to change for over a year. My social life and my mind have been suffering under this addiction. I really hope that I change the way I think and that I start living my life.
Don’t worry man, you’re not alone. I’m almost 13 now and started when I was 11. I’ve been trying to quit but every time I relapse. I’m going to a summer program away from home for 5 weeks and that means I’ll have a roommate. I’ve especially been wanting to quit so I don’t get caught doing it there. I’m also really addicted, when I get in bed or even just sit on my sofa, I get erect. My god damn social life is ruined and has been taken over by this stupid addiction. If I’m alone, or even just have my room to myself, I do it. It’s disgusting. I’m trying my hardest to stop. My plan is to not think about it, leave my door open when I’m alone, play a video game with my friends if I feel like doing it, go for a run, talk to my brother, even just sit and watch tv with my dog. I’m hoping this will work. Will check back in a couple days and give progress report, but no counting days, we all know that NoFap doesn’t mean anything, it’s flawed. Good night.

Just small, and then get bigger portions. Remember, the peak of the mountain can be one feet away only if you walk towards it
Find god
I believe you are right, to conquer any addictions you eventually have to come to the mindset of i no longer.. smoke, drink, fap, or anything else. And if you fail, dust yourself off and start again
So basically relapse over and over without any progress at actually quitting your addiction, that doesn't help anyone at all.

It’s disgusting, and those who defend it saying “oh it’s not bad as long as you use it moderately and know it’s not the real world” or “you don’t want testicular cancer so it’s fine” are foolish and delusional.

theres no man or boy on this planet that shouldn't watch this video. i teared up for the first time. im 19. longest "streak" was about 3 days and i never had more than one streak in a single month.

@@Aubertinome too, I’ve had it a week ago actually and I’ve been just feeling so down and sad that I fucked up my first time for myself and my gf, she keeps telling me it’s okay and that sometimes it happens to boys in their first time but I already knew what the problem was and I’m still so angry with myself for fapping so much. I’ve decided now to completely delete fapping from my life and honestly I haven’t really felt that much different yet but I hope I’ll be feeling better soon. Prayers my second time will be like my first time should’ve been🙏🙏
@@Mr_Menace0 its totally normal man, im 17 and i had sex for the first time when i was 14 and i didnt finish as well because i did it everyday with my hand. Don't worry about it, it might feel embarrassing to say but its nothing to be ashamed of because its normal. My advice would be to not force it upon yourself when you know its about to happen, so dont force the act and dont get frustrated and beat yourself up for it.
and this is motivation. A perfect balance between insulting and giving advice!
Insulting?
I just turned 20 and I had a same encounter at the same age of 16 this makes me happy that you used your platform to get this out into the world or at least boys in there teens that are hitting puberty, this is a huge problem now in our would where kids just talk about it without being embarrassed and it just being ''normal''.
It happened to me yesterday
Are you doing better now bro?
17 y/o Im literally gonna turn to god and take myself serious I can’t saying ima quit and keep going back it’s better if I don’t wanna ruin myself and ruin my first time I wanna have that drive appreciate the video brother god bless you 🙏🏽!!!
My friend i need to tell you. After 12 years of being an addict i decided to use the only tool i have to help me: UA-cam. And it feels like magic to hear all the thoughts i had over the last decade translate into such a beatiful video. I have mo words to describe how much it helped me. Thank you so much
Very very good video (i randomly saw it and clicked) hearing the mindset of a young man who is giving advice to other youth (especially men) is powerful. whoever reads this please keep at clearing your mind and focus on the better version of yourself & soon 100% you will be free - the road is rough but NOT impossible!!!! to the young man in the video you really should think about being a motivational/ public speaker. it's refreshing to hear the young youth (our future) speak life & give solid advice!!! keep up the good work
I've watched many videos about NoFap. But for real, you're the one that really awaken all the consciousness inside of me, like I feel I found the key to stop doing that and focus my energy to the other things in my life.
No more broken streaks, I don't need them. I'm shifting from being a guy who faps but a man.
day one please remind me every once and a while

i havent had someone speak to me like this ever. he gets it. im 15 and struggling, and honestly i think this guy really just made a difference
I’m 12 turning 13 soon. I’m so glad I found this video because I already had an addiction when I was 11. I don’t even know myself anymore or who I want to be. The longest streak I’ve ever had is probably a week and now you’ve shown me I need to stop going on social media and I thank you and God that I was able to see this video. Thank you so much man🙏🏽 I think you’ve changed my life in a positive way. ❤
Good luck, my man!❤
Enough of the procrastination bs I’m finally gonna control my life and this is to hold myself accountable and for me to become a better person.
I believe in you brother you got this
Age of 16, never beat it before and I literally have 0 clue what it feels like or anything. Never had sex, gonna wait until marriage. I’ve listened to this no-fap stuff since the age of 12. Scared me away from it my whole life.
Your lucky people were there to tell you from right and wrong 😔
Same bro
Nah that’s unhealthy at 16 may have erectile disfunction
@@pablodiaz6660huh??? Dude relapsing is not a thing to be proud of without sexual contact. If your jerking off, that’s a problem, I’m sorry. This guy has it good, where he didn’t have to learn or have to persevere nofap.
do you have ED? not tryna be rude but that might be a reason why you havent done it
As a 20 year's old, this is truly helping me to change my perspective of NF. I'll appreciate it if someone liking this comment so I can return to this video again.
20 years old also, see how I do as well

This is hands down the best video I’ve seen on this subject !!! Absolutely amazing! Thank you brother !
Man this video makes me wanna sob.. So accurate and relatable to my life. Thanks man
You have done something i though no youtuber would make, thats why ill share my story. At first i had done it because it felt good like you said yourself. But as the years went by i never noticed until my first time, I was scared and very very worried, I didnt even have a job at the time. Im so lucky i have a father that is very direct and picks me up on things like this and tells me why its not ok. And im so sorry for the people that dont have a person like this, and thats why this video really makes me happy you being direct like i had it happen to me, being open about your experience and letting the people in this world have another chance of dodging through sadness and relapse. Much love bro 🙏
I think the main factor is we need to find out what triggers us into watching this stuff, I'm slowly cutting down smoking cannabis and iv noticed when I'm bored and I'm really stoned that's when I get the urge to start watching , when I'm sober I don't even think about it or have interest in it, like u said we need to find out what's triggering us everyone is different
100% it’s about identifying triggers, that’s the first and most important step
Was the same with cause that’s when it felt the best
But once your able to sr
For a while you know
Who the real culprit was.
That's a big part of why I quit smoking,
Years ago I watched video of a specialist dealing with patients on the issue. He had an acronym BLAST for it.
Boredom
Lonlynes
A don't remember
Stress
T don't remember
Same but my trigger is alcohol. Combine that with idleness and the Hub becomes inevitable. I hardly drink because of this aside from it just being terribly unhealthy.
A real gem for the next generation. I am 30 and keynotes to take away from here is your
sense of self accomplishment, will power, understanding where you reside mentality... At this point proactively changing your lifestyle and bad habits
masculinity - standing on business
creativity - find an outlet/hobby
productivity - ability to perform task that you might not like but having the discipline
sociability - social interactions, understanding body language, communication etc
spot on video bruh, someone that's also a believer in the whole NoFap/RP is bs movement... At the end of the day just be a man
Man I've watched so many "get off corn" vids but not a single one explained it like you do and made me realise that i have to stop
It’s time to change for the better.
I have to take Control over myself and start becoming the man I always wanted to be.
You are right 🙏
I needed that to finally quit my addiction to porn
Lets go man me too
Good luck bro
I used to do it several times a day. The addiction was crazy, but then I got a crush on a beatiful girl that I liked. That didn't dtop me at first though, but after half a year my feelings for her grew stronger where it felt like I was cheating everytime I did it. After realizing that, I haven't done it by myself since. We are now together and my life couldn't be any better❤
😊
Damn. Lucky
GG i hope you are doing well!
@@ServantSinister gg? Nah ez
I first had the desire to quit and better myself when I started dating. We broke up, but it changed me permanently. Even though I am struggling again, I hate it and the thought of being ruled by porn sickens me. I am GOING to quit.
Man you genuinly deserve a success on youtube. Not because of controversial topic, but because of quality of content
i'm 15 i do it almost everyday, i really can't stop, but i'll keep trying, thanks for the advices and wish me luck
same,
Hi Chi, first time watcher, but wow what a great video. Well said, the path forward is no longer having to feel guilt, shame, and embarrassment, but to have the will to become the person one is meant to be. God bless, and thank you for such great wisdom!
This video is pure gold! You are more than a great thinker, you are an enlightened being! I feel incredibly fortunate to have watched this video!
Thank You!
Good night.
