@@saedalbittar1841 or unreliability, or cost... I've had 2 S classes and my best mate has had a number of 7 series. I'm not down on German cars, but you have to be real. And, even putting aside issues of cost and quality, while I like the current S class this Lexus is drastically more tasteful than the current 7 series which is absolutely atrocious.
This is what real class is. Genuine leather, proper wood, hand stitched parts, real metal trims & inlays and Japanese reliability! Buying German for the “historical quality” or the badge prestige is redundant. German quality is now nothing more than fluffing their vehicles with cheap electronic/software “features” in replacement of genuine quality materials.
My uncle has driven one of these here in Norway in the harsh winters as a taxi since 2017- It has 486.000km. Just your regular maintenance. It still drives like new he says.
I worked for Lexus from 92-07 , I was a 22yr old when I started and loved the original LS400, feels like yesterday when I worked for Lexus , we sue to call it a Japanese Caddi.
I’d buy this over the s class and 7 series simply because it’s unique. The aforementioned you see every day but probably saw one ls500 here in the last year
I want the es300h to come back. Such a great car! And the only hybrid I’d consider buying (yes it’s a Camry hybrid but the 2013 range ones were amazing inside
Good news is that, the es300h will get a huge refresh and facelift meaning that even the hybrid ones will be AWD/4-WHEEL-DRIVE. I am waiting for that refresh, better hybrid, better efficiency, better milege, and much more for sure. That is when I will buy the ES as well. One of my fav cars!
thank you for the honest review , much appreciated gentleman , there were some funny moments , which helped for me to subscribe to your channel , hello from Miami , FL 🌴
Does it have the soft close doors? My 2007 ls460 has that feature its nice because that deep thwomp when you close your doors isnt great at 4am leaving for work in the morning 😂
It's nice but it's got WAY too many tech options. A bluray player AND a HDMI port is unnecessary. I love Lexus and I've wanted one for years, but honestly you could knock of 20k if it weren't for all that added tech
This has never really been competitive with the tech of the S Class and 7 series. It feels like when they bring out a new one, it's already a few years behind. It's like they design it for the German competition at the time they conceived it not for when it'll come out. They don't build it with stuff knowing it'll be released only maybe a few years after development started. So it feels dated from launch.
THANK YOU ASUS! Learn more here! www.asus.com/au/business/
Would buy that a million times before a 7 series or S class - even in that colour...
Yeah nah
I'd take the exterior of the Lexus and the interior of the 7 series
They can never reach the german’s luxury, design and uniqueness

Very well said mate
Most people, especially just German fans, will never understand Lexus supreme quality

Man seeing this thing is just ecstasy 🤤🤤 reliable luxury at its finest.
Yes, a freaking lexus. It's been a minute! 🔥

My uncle sold Lexus when they first came here, and you're right - I'll never forget my first ride in the original LS400. Superb vehicle.

Yes same here
The west goes down the east comes up you can’t do anything you’re fucked up
As a student studying politics this is very good song

My brother if you think Australia is the last to get everything.... Chief come to South Africa! We still waiting for the LS500 F sport and LS500h
Great brand, great car ❤
Love this beast❤

"socky wocky" ladies and gentlemen, I've heard it all!
The non hybrid version comes with more power (3.5 v6 twin turbo) and conventional gear box (Not CVT) with more driving pleasure
I think that camera around Jacobs waist was just as excited as he was in that Asus bit.
HE'S BACK!
What was that button inside the glovebox? And it would be cool to see the ambient lighting for the interior, when dark outside.
Great content. The bezels on that asus laptop are just crazy
Guys what’s happening with the powered tailgate announcements? China was harmony free, and you really dropped the ball on this one Daddy Matt
this one beat all the German cars
If lexus can keep up with some of the features that the others have nothing would stop them

That is a damn fine looking motor
With the 500 in its tag it should have the 5.0 L naturally aspired engine the LC500 and the ISF 500 have
Lexus website does list a Wireless Charger
I believe it’s for rear seat passengers only
I like how it looks from the back, the front? Not so much

Wish they sold these in Europe
Leg days is very important.
Asus yesss!!
The Lexus will still be almost the same after 20 years whereas the BMW & Mercedes…
They remind me of Chip and Dale.
last week buy it
could you take a look at chery arizo 8
This isn't JDM, it's available all over the world.

Which specific tech ? Just curious ..
I’d rather have a Toyota Camry 😂
That's probably all you can afford. Makes sense
You need to try Tata nexon
Are these two a couple? Serious question
Dear God that CVT gearbox in a luxury car...My ears the goggles do nothing!
There was a poverty blank button too 😐
in Europe it costa more than a S class
dzadzy jacob!
This still has stuff that looks like cheap plastic. The original ls400 was without as many sacrifices.
Not a 2024!
$200,000? No thx.
200k for that lmfaooo just buy a Model Y or a few Toyotas
First mfers.

No thank for f@cking expensive car
CVT 😢🤢🤮
