    I watched all your videos which was very helpful for my weight loss journey.I got motivated,inspired and develop self control(smtym cheat days too)
    I used to simply do
    1, Eat 4 time roti
    2, Do skipping(nothing more)
    3, use to manage to drink water before meal and 15min after meal and day time water as required(improved metabolism)
    4, Cut down my day sleep
    These all was very helpful for me in losing weight I followed my routine for 1month as uh said it should be consistent it was and it is!!!

    Hii somia , this is jasmine. I have one problem my weight is 63 kg now whenever i do runing on tredmill , the front bones of my legs started paining, i know it is natural if the pain on the lower side of legs , i found that whenever i do exercise that effects my bones of leg , that might be becoz of my over-weight ... i really wanna lose my weight i am unable to do running

      i don't think you should do dynamic exercise because it will put extra strain on your body.. but you can go on vigorous walks or a little jogs.. try to give proper rest to your body during period

      Beginning should start with 3 rap per 20

      It is not good at all.putting that much pressure on only one specific area is not good.It can cause severe pain.I suggest don't do that much of repetitions begin with 15 or 20 reps
