    Please include videos like this only.. With include warm up, cardio, relaxing. Like a process it will be very helpful.. Without warmup when we do the exercise feels tiring very soon☹️

    Hi Somya,
    I hope you had a wonderful trip. My name is Rashmi, 29Years old and in desperate need of your help. I need your help in loosing some weight. From past 1year I have problem with my back so I cannot do anykind of exercise which requires very fast movement, like jumping or touching feet quickly and bending over (you get the idea right.) Honestly I don't know how much I weight exactly because I hate measuring scales :'( and have avoided them for a long time. It makes me depressed. But I may be between 78-80kgs. I recently had a severe cramp while I was in the market and still have not recovered from it completely. Please please let me know if you can help me in any way. Because joining a gym, aerobics and zumba is not possible for me. I hope to hear from you.

      This happens because of less lubrication on kness, try to massage it with oil , aur take more protein and calcium, buys chia seeds pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds, drink more water, these are some measures you can take , I used to have the same problem
