  • Take 5 minutes to strengthen your core! No sit-ups or crunches here! ;) We'll move through spinal-balance/bird dog, downward dog knee to nose, plank, forearm plank, boat pose, and creative seated core work. A strong core is so important for any kind of exercise and movement. Let me know how it goes in the comments below!

    It took UA-cam 6 or 7 months for you to pop up in my 5min morning Yoga feed. Where have you gone to? These vids are terrific!
