Hello Kyong this is Gabriele, we have talked before on the phone. I guess you can make this recipe into patties as well and cook them in the air fryer. I cooked a pot of chickpeas this morning after watching your video last night so I want to make these Pattie’s or “meatballs” for myself for supper. I wonder what other nuts I could use instead of the walnut meal since my body doesn’t like walnuts 🥴 I will put some almond flour into the mix instead and let you know how it comes out, I am sure it will alter the taste some but that’s fine with me. Thank you Kyong for coming up with all those lovely and tasty recipes, I am looking forward for you showing us some more. I do not have celiac after all, had a biopsy done but I am gluten sensitive and need to stay a ray from gluten which is not easy to do.
Hi, Gabriele; so happy to hear that you don't have a celiac diseases. Praise the Lord! You may use pecan meals in place of walnuts, however, almond flour will be good substitute as well.
