    Welcome to Day 8 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being TRUST. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like seated side bend, wide legged forward fold, reclined twist and happy baby.
    The "Flexible Body, Flexible Mind" 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required.     Thank you for creating this. I haven’t been able to commit to more than a couple days without giving up. But you’ve made it easy for me to show up every morning, so far 8 days straight! I’m going to go all the way, and take it further. It’s my birthday wish for myself, to take care of my self more completely. My birthday was March 30th, so this was a perfect start to that journey. Thank you.

    Was so so grateful to see this was a sitting only challenge this morning. I have cellulitis in my left foot and it is pretty swollen and slightly sore. I never did the yoga challenge yesterday because of this and was so so bummed. Maybe I will fit day 7 in on another day when it feels better!! Thank you Kassandra!!!

    Thank you so much for this challenge! I am NOT a morning person so this has been a huge mental effort for me to get up earlier than usual. I love the physical practice but the flexible mind practice has made me more mindful throughout the day. I appreciate your work so, so much! 🙏

    The opening sequence was very emotional for me, I think just hearing the word trust and then doing this beautiful sequence of reaching your hands to the sky and back down to ground on the earth, I felt this incredible peace, a bit of tears, but good ones, like opening up again and feeling safe doing so. It’s something I’ve really been working on in therapy and it was incredible to see it manifested in movement here. Thank you Kassandra 🙏🏽

    Hi Kassandra, thank you for this course, I am a complete yoga newbie and this has really ignited my interest in making it part of my life. I really struggle with the folding moves, such as the forward fold and the pigeon pose from the earlier video which seeems to come from a tightness from my lower back and the back of my legs, but I am going to persist and look at some of your longer vodeos to help with this. Thanks for all the great content :) I also like seeing the season changes from your window!

    Forward fold pose is almost next to impossible for me. My arms are dangling in the air and could not touch down on the floor. Any suggestions to make progress? Many thanks, Kassandra ❤

    Loving your practices - thanks to you I am practicing yoga daily for almost 3 months ❤ I have a question about forward folds like in this video. In the morning I am barely sitting straight, folding forward is so out of my capabilities 😢 How to get into this? What to do to be able to fold?

      It's very common! You can sit up on blocks or pillows or blankets to make it easier and feel free to bend your knees

    I'm having problem on forward fold with legs sitting wide apart ..Anyway , I tried it it though not as stretched to the full, the only pose I did is what I could do according to my body's capacity..
