I admire you guys that can just sit and build in this game. I love building in just about any medium, Lego, video games, new construction whatever. But for some reason I can get into it in NMS. So I'm doomed to be a spacer, just living in my freighter
I got discouraged from building on NMS when I spent hours building a mountain base only to come back to it with the terrain I just mined reset inside my base. This was years ago so hopefully they’ve fixed that.
Surprised more people don't opt for fully underwater bases tbh. I dig the use of the hex glass domes, and the Nautilon docking bay gives serious Subnautica vibes!
i love to build underwater... But you tend to get 'SWIM-SPOTS' if you build using GLASS-CUBOID's, if you do more than a single level ( if you build a 2 or 3-cuboid high room ) i'd love Hello-Games to make a NEW Square underwater room, that was made of 'GLASS' similar to the Glass-Dome.
Amazing work bro! How are you powering the base? Also, I have a problem with some random interior tiles being flooded for some reason, do you know how to fix/prevent that?
Thank you. I’m not really sure how long these usually take. I would estimate about 10-20 hours of actual game play. It mostly depends on how much time work, wife and kids let me sit and concentrate.

Have you seen the crazy freighter builds out there?

@@JoolianV No, I believe that's still the same sadly.
@@kpny8484 well that’s a shame. Thanks for the info I will remain nomadic 😭
@JoolianV You could always find a natural cave system.
WOW, SIMPLY WOW. THIS WAS AMAZING!!

This is Subnautica now.

Nvm, didn't see the solar panels the first time
Sometimes they flood if you stack the cube rooms. I’ve noticed that I don’t have that problem if I keep the cuboid rooms at a single level.
@@Jiggs29-NMS Spot on, it happens on a 2-story room I built. Thanks mate 👍
beautifulllll
very good base man, love it. If you don't mind, how long did it take you to build it?

OMG I thought my underwater base was getting big - ERM NO not compared to yours. How do you record a video of a base please? I use an old PS4.
@@scopex2749 I just use the Share Factory on PS5.
Delicious
Are there any leviathan!
How did you elevate your base on legs to get it off the ground? I dont see those legs anywhere.
I used 2 short walls on the ground and started the flooring on top. Then I replaced the short walls with arches.
Subnautica is dead to me!
