Omg, another video so fast! U r so productive, dude. Thank you for great content. Im personally interested if you will record your own bass riffs or jamming on this Wal monster. Or maybe doing some live-streams in the future. I also want to ask you a popular question. Do you know budget basses that sound in Wal spirit? Not exactly like Wal ofc :) (sry for bad english)
Hi, Yes Sterling Ray or Sub Ray 4 is good. If you can get a proco rat + Boss GEB 7 EQ pedals then that would help too. Another one (depending on your budget) is the G&L L2000 bass. I plan on recording some of my own music at some stage but for now I'll be releasing a few more Tool Covers.
I’ve been watching more and more of your covers and am always blown away. What settings are you using for the Sansamp GT2 during the bridge section? Take care, brother.
Tone is *chefs kiss
The best cover of schism out here. I love the sound of your bass, what brand?

A Sterling Stingray might be the closest sub-$400 option, though you'll have to expand your budget a bit more to get a second humbucker on a bass.
