Wow thank you so much for the advice! My internet is around 0.41Mbps but my cell tower can reach 1Mbps-2 (MAX on a good day). So this gives me hope. I almost decided to not try to stream because the "pros" said that it is nearly impossible unless I have 5-10Mbps or higher. I live in a rural area so... This is really exciting as long as it is 720p I will be happy! It will be on Facebook Gaming not Twitch but yeah !
An additional tip is to open 'Resource Manager' as this will show what processes/app are doing, there is a Network Tab so you can see what applications are sending data.
Fyi - internet uses wave type signal, so up high, or moved to a position where it doesn't have to travel as far / through walls is better for Wi-Fi, however the best option is to get an Ethernet adaptor that uses your mains electric to pass signal and provide cabled connection

I got 0.4 upload and i've been streaming for 1 year on facebook, and my audience just made fan of the bad quality but they understand and it's nice to have that support. I use xsplit and I have a similar configuration, but I never tried to change the channel of the internet router. Now i'm trying to stream haydee because i always stream snes games or low graphics retro/modern games and my net its capable to upload thay amount of data but haydee is other thing. Well, thank you, it's very nice to see more people with thr same problem i'm having since 2016 Dicember, a lot of frustration and try and error.
