I love Kerotin, but the whole hyaluronic acid thing for hair, I don't quite buy into. The detangler probably has very "conditioning" ingredients, which makes it work nicely. HA would be something you more want for your scalp than your hair, bc it's a great ingredient for skin. Healthy hair (low porosity) is naturally hydrophobic, meaning it will repel water. So, an ingredient like HA that claims to add water to moisturize or hydrate the hair, you really don't want. It's really about the terminology. Conditioning is really what hair products mean when they say hydrating or moisturizing, and conditioning is what you want! So, I know that Kerotin is just jumping on this bandwagon, but I wish they would've named it something else. I'm glad it works, regardless. Your hair turned out beautiful, as always!
Your hair came out really nice! Are you letting your hair grow long? Since I've starting this wavy curly journey, I've been letting my hair grow. I thinking this is the longest it's ever been & I'm 56 yrs young! Although I do know that it needs a good trim & shape. Swavy Curly Courtney is letting her hair long, too!
Thank you! I think I do want to grow it long for a little while now :) I am overdue for a trim though, but my mom does my cuts and I haven’t seen her in quite a while
I really love the Kerotin leave in conditioner so will have to try this one. The leave in smells lightly of grapefruit which I love. How do the other products smell?
The gel (not used here), root volumizer, and mousse all have a citrusy scent similar to the leave in. The shampoo and conditioner smell like a peppermint cologne to me, and the detangler smells a bit like sweet apples from the apple cider vinegar (acetic acid), but not vinegary at all in my opinion 😊

Thank you for bringing this up for me to think about and look more into.
It certainly does have some great conditioning ingredients!
That Kerotin brush reminds me of the Tangle Teezer.
My tangle teezer is more “normal” paddle shaped, but I think I’ve seen those ones!

Same here, @D Ebner. My hair has never been so long, it's right at my butt.
@@BlackLabMama Wow! Mine is just in the middle of my back.
