This video was such fun to watch and so detailed! I did a recent purge of products and I know it can be hard to decide whether or not to keep or give away/throw away. At the end of the day though, if it just doesn't work for your hair or you don't like it, it's a lot easier to decide to get rid of it. You have a great hair product collection. Mine used to be pretty extensive but I got rid of stuff and am trying to use my stash before I buy anything new which is easier said than done. So many great brands and products out there that I want to try. Keep up the great content, I really enjoy your videos Jordan

I loved this video! Just what I needed. Thank you so much! I was wondering if you could make a video of what products you would use/wash day routine if you were not making videos. Like if you had to pick what you would use if you weren’t an influencer and would just buy your favorites to use on a regular basis? I’m trying to go somewhat “minimal” with my products and only have one of what I need, and I try to stick to affordable and easily accessible. I appreciate that you are realistic and include tons of affordable, easily accessible options.

I am a CurlSmith fan and I have similar hair stats as yours (except it’s older gray hair 😂) so I really like the Weightless Air Dry Cream and the Styling Soufflé. I also get great results with the Treluxe products. Love your videos!!

Wow, Jordan Faith! Super comprehensive. I really dislike buying a product and then finding it really doesn't work for me. The As I Am leave in is one. No matter how tiny amount I use, my hair is like a grease bomb! It's sitting in my cabinet just collecting dust. Your recommendations makes me want to try the Kerotin brand. I'm on a use up the products I have plan currently, so trying something new will have to wait. I think I have enough product last me a year! wow these videos are so satisfying for me and would love to see an empties video! if you are to ever try another curlsmith product I feel you may like the hydro style flexi jelly. its moisturizing but super lightweight, medium hold, and has a jelly-like texture.

Oh man, I did a double take when you showed the Generic Liquid Sculpting Gel "compare to Sebastian Wet." I used Sebastian Wet a lifetime ago when I was still trying to figure out the right products for my hair. It was okay, I didn't love it or hate it. It does give you the "wet" look, which I don't really go for anymore. In any case, the original Sebastian product appears to have been discontinued, don't know if that's also true for the Generic product.
You really do have a lot of products. 😃After a while I had a hard time keeping track of them, but I did enjoy hearing you go over the pros and cons of each.

What made you decide to use less hard hold gels and more soft to medium?
I’ve found that my hair loosens in relatively the same way after styling regardless, and I don’t really have a frizz issue, so styling without aiming for a hard cast has helped me make sure not to overload on product too much and it gives me the chance for better volume :)
It also just feels a bit more “carefree” and simple somehow, which is what I need right now ❤️

@@BlackLabMama Actually, that is a Very Good Question. The pandemic is a bit calm now. I recommend calling the organization You would like to donate to before investing your time and money. I know there are a few churches in my area that are always accepting these kind of items to put together toiletry baggies for the needy.💜

I really liked your video on why over typing is harmful, and I have shared it with several people. I would enjoy more content about the intersection of hair, politics, and social awareness, although I understand you can only speak to certain aspects.
I also liked your recent review of plus size bralettes and would love more content around clothing plus size bodies.
