FINALLY a resistance band workout that actually uses the RESISTANCE of the bands! So many videos have the bands going slack which defeats the purpose. This video is great as it keeps up the tension. This is the first of your videos I've watched and I am very impressed. Thank you 😊

Even me I haven't used them since I bought them. I also have long loop bands that I haven't used and I bought them 5 years ago. I've only been using dumbbells. So I think is time to put them into good use and this workout looks interesting and effective. So thank you *Amy* ❤

Recovering from ligament surgery and PT suggested resistance bands. This is the best workout I have found.

Just completed this workout on my lunch break in my office and it was more difficult than I thought it would have been. Great job!!
I'm very impressed. I'm just starting out with the bands, and you have a very unique approach. Big thanks for that! I'm an out-of-shape senior citizen, and my only concern here is that a couple of the exercises might be a little hard on my back (maintaining a somewhat bent over posture), but I''ll give it a try. LOVE YOUR TECHNIQUE. i take pilates classes 3-4 times a week but i need serious sculpting upper body. i found your channel and feel this can help me in addition to. I also developed computer neck during pandemic. any videos or exercises you recommend? you should really consider doing a video catering to that. i feel my neck got shorter. please advise....
