While other types of empaths struggle to get out from under the weight of their own emotions, sigma empaths can walk away from narcissists without lifting a finger. This is because they do not feel compelled to appease or fix anyone else-no matter how manipulative or abusive they may be. They do not submit to the demands of a narcissist.

Education and experience with narcissistic people have taught me very well in how to almost immediately recognize who the narcissist really is. I've learned all their games and how their minds work. They are nearly all the same. It's like they all use the same play book.

i totally agree with you,one good thing about narcissists is that they probably lack imagination.From personal experience i know they are very predictable,and try standard patterns in order to dominate over others.On the contrary,Sigma people are quite versatile and unpredictabel bcoz they flow with how life brings things to them,while narcissists believe they can control the whole universe.....wrong!!
One could argue that narcissists make sigmas. Sigmas don’t necessarily come out of the womb knowing all this. One or two relationships with a narc and they figure it out.
I agree. Some might come from healthy families with secure attachments too but I don't think they are common.
We spot them the minute we make eye contact with them.

all you have to do is do something positive a narc cant handle that then the true empaths will feel what going on even in a spiritual way we well feels the abuse and pulling down in a metaphorical and spiritual sabotage and then get back to work despite what we are feeling in a energetic way its not easy at time I feel it very challenging at times Hanes narcs being control freaks

I think as a person of narc abuse it is still hard to deal with them because of the entitlement they have they just don't care but i think in some terms have learned to be very adaptive to my goals but I still see the narcs don't run there business with honesty are integrity they may prosper quickly because of that and it may take longer for someone that does to be successful anyway those are my thoughts today but eventually they will be found out and there business will fail thats what someone said in a book I was reading

I thonk they made a mistake when mentioning the sigma empaths as being snakes. That's not true.
I strongly disagree with the statement about how we "Craft a persona". This is a completely misleading and false way to describe it. We simply don't care to boast, fishing for validation and praise, or complain, fishing for pity and attention.
The only opinions that we care about, are ones built on facts, logic, and truth, rather than feelings, assumptions, and theories. The way it's phrased in this video portrays it as if we put up a false image that hides who we truly are, when that couldn't be further from the truth!
We don't hide who we truly are. We simply don't care to go yammering to anyone who will listen about random crap in our personal lives that nobody asked for. We act befitting the current situation, and if you're not a close friend that we trust not to go squawking off about us behind our backs, then we're not gonna lay down our cards for all to see.
We don't have a "Picture Perfect Persona". We just keep to ourselves unless asked.
