After 30 years I found that I am sigma empath, and its like i discovered treasure. It is unbelieveable how everything is so true. I thought I was alone and wierd but I see Im not the only one and that this is not a some kind of mental disorder. Im speachless
I think we all found out after 30 years , they are not really talking about this from a long time ago … I knew the empath, but wasn’t completely like me, after some time appeared this sigma empath , most people don’t understand and think is a disorder 😅
I knew I was an empath or different at a young age I could smell the rain and would rescue injured birds. I just found out I’m Sigma. I’m also INFJ
We all knew that we are different, just didn’t know the word for it ! All people rescue birds or animals, doesn’t mean you’re a sigma empath!

Forgiveness for self preservation for sure. They told my dad’s wife I had a bad fall and was in a coma. She never called anyone to see how I was doing. My dad had passed the month before. When I got home and was told this I looked up towards Heaven and said see dad I told you. I always told him she didn’t like me at 13 when I met her. You know when someone doesn’t like you.

I have 2 let my husband (of 28 yrs) hear this so that he knows I'm SERIOUS when I tell him that I'm DONE playing his NEGLECTFUL GAMES...He doesn't realize how WELL I KNOW HIM & he WILL suffer from the LOSS of his WIFE, ME , for the REST of his unhappy life, for CROSSING my BOUNDARIES too many times...I can't believe how TRUE this is! Now I understand how/why I can get rid of toxic people so easily after they've hurt me one too many times. We are more POWERFUL then we know! Stay strong brothers & sisters! We are NEEDED at this time❤🙏😘😽2all😇

Just a few thoughts here🤔
The silent razor stare is rarely intentional and actually tends to lead to breaking eye contact before it's seen, the silence in a confrontational situation isn't always an invitation to others for reflection so much as an opportunity while working internally to step away from the line we don't want to cross.
The greatest "fear" isn't exactly about anything to do with others so much as keeping an internal "switch" from flipping and all that comes from it.
Be kind and considerate of everyone especially the downtrodden and children as a habbit and you'll probably never see the results of pushing a "sigma empath" to far.
Last thought here we're all a little of every personality type just some more and some less than others😉smile and be blessed y'all 🙏

Spot on. I closed the door, tho not permanently, as the person is my emotionally damaged daughter who is adopted. One does not turn their back on their child no matter how much you would like to at times. However, the door is closed until she opens it. For now I am done with the abusive behavior. She needs to grow up.
I have been Empathic since age 8 or so.. my younger brother was a full blown Narcissist... needless to say, I've had some horrible days with him, I can't handle his Vibration and Frequency, I have to have boundaries with some people, men and some ladies..
What do you mean "vibration and frequency?"
This is the energy level that each person resonates at and eminates. For example, your aura. Some highly spiritual people are known to have auras that spread around them and can be felt for miles,😳 We can find vibrational effects in the music we choose to listen to, happy, sad, Divine etc. May I suggest you look into the scientist Nikola Tesla who famously quoted "if you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." This is the basis of all things and why we feel comfortable in one place n not another, as well as how we manifest what we want in life. Also why your mood and attitudes effect others around you n their mood can effect you and others around them. You will especially notice this when ur feeling good n walk in when people are arguing n have lower, agitated or angry energy n vibration Eg. Quote "you could cut the air with a knife".
I also think it should be mentioned that even though these videos are informative, don't take them as, "I do or don't have these traits," as less experienced empaths will vary from more experienced empaths as they have learned and grown. I lived with a narcissistic for 2 years....he constantly berated me & physically abused me...kept me locked in a room & I could only get out when he went out.I told my 52 year old son & he took Greyhound to come get me out. He beat my son up & told him to leave or he would tie him up & throw him into a ditch on side of the road!!! I finally had enough so I turned on him....kicked his ass.He assaulted me. Went to jail for 2 months!!! I moved out and the judge ordered a NO CONTACT ORDER FOR 1 YEAR!!! I TOLD HIM NOT TO GET ME ANGRY!!! LMAO!!!

This is so true
People often say I'm quiet after they tried to be aggressive with me along with me staring in their eyes. People also say i have a calming presence even when going through hardships.
Honestly, silence is a healing algorithm. I would say warning someone who has crossed a line is ridiculous. Take care of yourself and what others think is not within you. The algorithm takes over 9 months to complete and that's the thing, if you disrupt it, you cause disruption. If you disturb it several times, you can no longer maintain your balance. The structures suffer permanent damage.
An older experienced sigma empath has no need to stare or look into someones eyes, in fact he will consider the stare as a weakness & waste of time to avoid.
We don't need it but some people do. For example, The Dark Triad needs this message: Here, if you play you pay for it.
And a look from the soul is better than wasting words with them.
There are circumstances in life in which we have no option to distance oneself from people with bad intentions, it is better to be prevent than to find oneself again in games of use and abuse.
I think this is probably me summed up,shows how this "i feel like the only person to ever have these intentions and behaviours" ,isnt a true thought at all...My intentions are by the grace of god, never meant to cause any harm. Brutal honesty is the last resort for self protection and in the hopes of understanding,if the equality and respect isnt met, thats the cut off for me.

The much more interesting question is how you calm down a Sigma INFJ.
Either you simply wait for the healing process (approx. 9 months to a year). He will be alone during this time. Just imagine, the body/mind has 15,000 basic functions, each one is checked, checked for problems and repaired if necessary.
After the cycle ends, there will be no more pain, everything will be pure and regenerated,

My doctor told me it would take an entire year to recover from a fall that had me in an induced coma for 2 weeks. 3 broken ribs, laceration to the spleen, internal bleeding, collapsed lung. I fell out of bed which the trauma surgeon had a hard time believing. I’m about 90 days away from 1 year.
that line is not defensive line. its line,, that when stepped, then its mean you ready for anything that will happen.
I'm a twin. The empath my brother is the narcissist. He was not aware of my power. There was definitely silence before the storm. Let's just say he definitely regrets crossing me today after my mom passed last year. Do not mistake our quiet for weakness. He Walks the earth like a ghost now.
