  • I filmed this on day #23, of my 6 week adherence to the Goodbye Autoimmune Protocol, and I already felt the effects of this anti-inflammatory healing diet and lifestyle. As I explain, I am looking to reduce autoimmune markers and I am going 6 weeks or more with the strict Goodbye Lupus protocol, as well as lifestyle changes outlined in Goodbye Autoimmune Disease. I will share my journey with you as I prepare new recipes from Goodbye Lupus Hello Delicious, Dr. G.'s new cookbook. My Zucchini Noodles with Marinara Sauce that I had for dinner came from her book, as did everything else but the smoothie, which I took from a couple of her videos
So, what do I eat in a day, and how have I made this work for me? I hope that this video is helpful. Please let me know what YOU do that works for you.🌻🥰🌻

Here it is in a nutshell from somebody has been on it for a year… this is called the goodbye lupus protocol. Once you have achieved healing for a period of time, you can progress your diet to include some cooked vegan food, but maintain the same amount of cruciferous, water, and flax seeds. That progression is called hyper nourishment protocol.
    1) 100% raw vegan
    2) your only fat source is going to come from flaxseeds, Chia seeds, flaxseed, oil, and avocados
    3) minimum 1 pound of cruciferous vegetables per day. Not just greens. Spinach is OK. Cruciferous, vegetables include arugula, cauliflower, broccoli, watercress is kale, cabbage, etc. additionally, any other vegetables you like but that doesn’t count towards your 1 pound.
    3) Full handful of flax seeds or Chia seeds per day ground on your salad, freshly or blended into your smoothie
    4) Fruit is used to make the smoothies taste better, no more than 25% by weight
    3) 120 ounces of water per day minimum
You can eat your cruciferous vegetables as salads or smoothies or any combination there of.
All the best to your healing!
For my first six weeks, I just did green smoothies. A powerful blender helps like a vitamix or a blendtec. I would make one pitcher full in the morning and one in the afternoon and drink throughout the day. I stuck to smoothies for the portability, the ease. By the end of six weeks my HSCRP was normal and my pain was gone. The remainder of the year I’ve incorporated a combination of salads and smoothies, but still haven’t progressed the diet to include grains, etc..

You are doing amazing! I have Hashimotos and I also have her Goodbye Autoimmune Disease book. I like the recipes her and her husband have online. I pack in an entire 16oz of greens in my blender which is the family size container of leafy greens and then maybe like a cup or so of frozen fruit and half a cup of either chia seeds or whole flax seeds and add water and blend and I’m good. It’s not as sweet of course but it’s tolerable and I know I’m being nourished so I can eventually heal. New subscriber! I’d get my leafy veggies from Sam’s since I can get in bulk lol

As I said going was the smartest thing I could’ve done to stop the advancing symptomology of my auto immune conditions, but Dr. Goldner protocol may be the holy Grail to finally kick them out of my body. She and Thomas have found the remedy that few doctors even believe is possible. We certainly have to get the word out, don’t we?! Hi Apple! I think I hear your name on the Wednesday Q&A.👏 thank you for connecting, and for your suggestion. I don’t know that I have that much to say about Sonos’s other than my own experience for these past four or five years. I have a Clearlight sauna by Jacuzzi, and use it nearly every day. I believe in the benefitsof hot and cold therapy, and therefore take a cold shower outside using a hose regardless of the weather I’m not sure how receptive are inspired. People would be by that. What do you think?

Hi Tanya, thanks for asking. My SED rate (ESR). It should be well below 30, and since it was first measured in January 2019, it has been anywhere from 50 to over 80. Most likely because of my auto immune ions.- hashimoto’s as well as rheumatoid arthritis as evidenced by high antibodies. How have you done on the protocol?🌻🥰🌻
