Love it! I was in the hospital for 4 months last year and have been unable to walk since. Not getting anywhere with my insurance recommended therapists nor did I with a month in a local physical rehabilitation hospital so I am seeking my own alternate methods. Best of luck to you all.✌🏼❤️🙏🏼

I’m having some health issues with my joints, but we had a family trip planned for New York City. This ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxuxJwamLFanm476LC5WPeTouyyU1GXomC was perfect! It’s lightweight enough that my friend could carry it up or down stairs when we needed to. (I can walk very short distances) It was comfortable for me to sit in, I would say if you’re super tall it might be a little cramped. I’m 5’1” and the foot rests were the perfect height. This may not be the best one for long term use, you get what you pay for, but for something that fits our budget that gives me accessibility while we deal with my health this was amazing.

I'm in need of this. My MS is just getting work and getting up out of my bed, wheelchair and even toilet (trouble spot there even with the bars). Legs are just going downhill and exercise SHOULD make it better but always just makes more pain. Last time I had physical therapy, my hip/groin area of the leg hurt so much for ages. And my knees, ug. Already a bad left knee, but the right is getting worse with the standing struggle, so it's hard to find good exercises that don't make that worse. The ball thing is one thing that I can do, but not nearly enough. I'm sure it would be easier to stand with two arms, but still waiting for the frozen shoulders to heal and my wrist (broken a year ago) still isn't as strong. Ah, to have ONE ailment and not half a dozen!!

I have a friend in a nursing home and they put her in a movable chair that is padded, and they have it set so her legs stick out in front. When she originally got into the place it was for rehab after a fall, but due to bruises and a cracked rib, plus tachycardia and shortness of breath, she was unable to do much therapy so medicare terminated it, so now she is in hospice, and she gets virtually no exercise. She walked with a walker before the fall, and could probably have taken more therapy once the bruises and broken rib healed. Are there any exercises to build up her legs so she could maybe get out of the chair and move in and out of the bed and the chair? I am now allowed to see her for about 45 minutes a few times a week, and I would be happy to help her.

I have a friend who had a stroke and he was semi-paralyzed on one side but he was walking with a walker and then he fell with the Walker and he broke the bone that goes from the knee to the hip and they put a rod in it and then he only had Medicaid so he didn't get that much physical therapy and then covid came so they were in lockdown so we really never got the physical therapy follow up that he should have gotten after the extreme physical therapy after the surgery so it's been 3 years now and he's still in the wheelchair and he just had physical therapy because he went into the hospital so they have to do short-term physical therapy to meet the requirements of the rehab with Medicare and Medicaid and he's at a plateau meaning he's not going to you know ever get out of the wheelchair and I hate to give up on them I want to know if you can put some kind of exercises on UA-cam for situations like this I haven't given up on them that's for sure hom is Advocate his family don't care and I just volunteer my time because he's a good friend but he's in a rehab for 3 years now long-term care.
