Thank you so much , these are really good tips . I wished you mentioned hip flexors stretch , even if it's only going for prone position for a while ,cause tightening of these muscle are common with prolonged sitting position .
I use these stretches but I prop my wrist and hand with my inner thigh and use the adductors to push into the gastroc/soleus stretch which also gives me a leg workout lol.
QUESTION: Thank-you for this video. I am going to see if this helps my wheelchair bound friend. But what she really needs even more is a way to get rid of the fluid buildup in her legs. Since she really can't move them more than an inch or two, and can't stand up on her own, the legs have been getting bigger and bigger every year. Even her "water pills" do not seem to be helping win the battle. Her legs are now 3 or 4 times the size they were 5 yrs. ago when she became wheel-chair bound. Do you have any videos on that?
I am a quadriplegic with Brown-Sequard syndrome. I walk with an AFO and walker but do a lot of sitting and have gotten pretty tight. Are their exercises I can do without help? I can stretch but can''t get that extra pull. Thanks!

Thank you so much, I’m worried about not being able to stretch enough & this makes me feel better
