I tore my knee ligament and sitting around waiting for it to heal has caused my hip joint to hurt. I immediately looked you up to give me the solution. Tomorrow morning I'll be doing these.
Using the flex band to help put the hip back in place is brilliant. I looped my band over a door handle, closed the door and it worked great. By exercise three I finally felt the joint pop back into place. Thanks so much for the trio of exercises.
Really love all your videos. I just had a complete knee replacement and I'm learning so much from your informational videos. So thank you so much. Much love to all 3 of you. God bless. 🙏 ❤
Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I’m 55 and the last two years I’ve been getting increased hip pain and the last few weeks it has gotten debilitating. I am feeling a little relief just from trying these today. Thank you!
I am currently going through some numbing and pins and needles in my right leg. Three weeks ago I had problems just getting in and out of bed but that is all gone now that i've got movement back except the former. Boy or boy, I have watched at least 3 of your videos so far and already I am getting rid of the pins and needles with your posture correction and exercises. I wish I had know about you guys long time ago. Keep up the good work. Paul E. NSW Australia
Wow! What timing! I’ve had issues from My hips for many years & have done some of these exercises periodically, but had 2 extreme flare ups lately. The piriformis/ low back pain has just quieted down, but the joint was stilll painful. I had never seen the belt/band on the femur before, but I did it for just a couple of minutes and as I walked away from doing it, I actually heard the ball pop back into the joint! Feels immediately better! You guys are lifesavers!!!
Thanks for all you do, amazing video, and very helpful as my right hip is acting up, most likely from sitting to long in an uncomfortable position, and I actually have a big wooden supporting post in my kitchen and I was using it todo some stretching and thought let me go see if you have a video, and here we are, and I actually have a purple band,,, so now I can do the exercises properly. Which seems to be helpful. My hip is fine when walking, it’s just achy when sitting. ❤
The first routine find difficult to do but the 2nd routine is great and do it a few times a week. Really works and gives me so much relief. And yes it took me a couple weeks to work up to your moves. Thanks for posting so many helpful videos. ❤
You gave me hope in being able to eventually bring my left foot up to my right knee in the figure 4 stretch. Have limited mobility in left hip due to arthritis in that hip. Thank you!
that how I caused my Snapping Hip Syndrome.. and then I got instructed that I should give some inclination to the treadmill and not walk on it on a straight level putting too much pressure on the hips, because a "normal" walk in nature or outdoors would never be that flat, there would be bumps, slopes etc.
Been watching you for a while… now going through some severe hip pain. Told by Orth dr that I need a new hip joint… I’m only 68 and do not want to do this. Trying different exercise with my PT guys… also using a pool they have. But still hurts a lot… not sure what to do.
you can buy a step, either for step aerobics or just a step in the hardware store like the ones used to sit at a caravan door, which is also handy for reaching thigs on a high shelf!
As a physical educator with hip osteoarthritis, I wholeheartedly support exercise as preventative medicine and physical therapy as targeted care. However, I think it would be in everyone's interest to always address when surgery is needed. On that note, it might be interesting to discuss therapies before and after surgery.
Ok, am gonna check out ALL your hip joint tips. Gotta be something in one of them that will help. Will let you know which one helped the most. Am sitting with an ice pack on my right side hip and 1 on that back side hip. Thanks guys!👍👍
I never tried using a belt for my frozen/stiff leg! I have only one place for a getting the socket aligned, and that is the grab bar, in a bathroom. :( I will try.
Please add white massagers. I am hoping to rebuy all my black plastic items. I love your videos and massage guns, we have them in two sizes plus the weighted infrared heat pad. Keep up the great work.
I don't think exercises are one size fits all. Try searching their channel for videos on herniation. I believe they just did a video on bulging discs and if they heal on their own. Whatever you do, be cautious, and if you can, see a specialist.
I have some soreness in my left hip (when I get up from the floor), and frequently a tightness in my left quadricep. Is that a pinched nerve in my spine or do you have an exercise for that?
I don’t know where this hip pain came from, went for a walk yesterday, today right hip huts when I walk and with walking up the stairs. Will these exercises work for this?
Depending on the issue, it’s very possible. Hard to say without a proper diagnosis but if it’s regular hip pain, it should. If anything causes more pain or new pain, discontinue that exercise immediately
Yes. So timely. I've been limping badly for a week... After a coughing fit! I was born with hip dysplasia (undiagnosed)... My own labour (drug-free), was horrific because my hip went out!!! Guess who the Dr on duty was?? Yep, the one who birthed me! I refused to have her there, because I knew she was incompetant.

My word.... The timing of this video couldn't be better.
Exactly!
Same!

How timely. Sharing this with my hubby who's complaining of hip pain

I do a couple of those at night, so I will be adding the others! Thanks so much!
Definitely addresses exactly what is going on with my hip. You guys are the best.
Thank you ❤

Good video. I shared with my dad in hopes he does these.
Thanks
Just what I needed too much cardio on treadmill has been jacking my hips all sort of up.

Thank you for this video!! I have pelvic torsion. Is the side that is tilted forward too much, has overstretched hip flexors?
OK, will try in the morning as my hip hurts, but just watching this hurt.
I do not have stairs I live in an apartment in NYC I will do the others I do already but only once a day

Say hi to Bob for us!
What if you have arthritis?
What kind of shoes do you wear?
Is it possible to become pain free using your pt exercises with a torn labrum anterior and posterior? I really really want to avoid surgery.
In some cases you certainly can. Here are somee videos for you to try: www.youtube.com/@BobandBrad/search?query=labrum%20anterior%20and%20posterior
@@BobandBrad Thanks, I will check them out
Do these exercises work with l4 l5 and l5 s1 disc herniation? 😮

@chrisdonovan8795 Thanks a lot, dear 😘
I do these exercises when I remember.

What if your hip pain is related to trigger points or myofascial pain syndrome?
Hopefully something in one or more of these can help: www.youtube.com/@BobandBrad/search?query=myofascial%20
My right hip pops out, and the tissue around is kinda swollen, but I don't have any pain.
Could some issues come from a twisted pelvis?
Possible, yes. We would suggest seeing your physician for a proper examination.
I don’t know where this hip pain came from, went for a walk yesterday, today right hip huts when I walk and with walking up the stairs. Will these exercises work for this?

My right hip aches terribly at night if I lay on my right or left side. Doesn’t hurt if I lay on my back. And I am a side sleeper. Any ideas?
I'm exactly the same😢
No ideas, but I have the same issue.
Snapping Hip Syndrome is what causes my hip pain..I hope this works for that too.
