    Perfect timing! Thank you. Here is my bit. Check heel to toe drop in your shoe. Anything MORE than 4-5 mm of drop really hurts my knees. I accidentally bought 10 mm heel to toe drop shoes. After one hour walking in my new shoes, my knees were hurting crazy. I rested for 3 days, iced my knees etc. they calmed down. I put the new shoes back on and the knee pain was back! I never knew that this type of shoes promote the heel strike, and therefore knee have to absorb the stress. Obviously not everybody have weak knees but it sure is not good for people who do. and I’m assuming for anyone on the long-term.

    Incorrect walking can also result in knee pain I beleive. After starting a workout routine for my legs and knees at a gym some 6 weeks ago, I find that I have less knee pain. The gym I go to has 6 machines to strenghten the leg, hips, gults muscles. All the physical theary I have going through over the last couple of years for balance and knee pain, doesn't even close close to the strenght I have achieved in my legs and knees and the lessening of pain by use of these machines on 2 days per week. I really enjoy your video's and that have helped me immensily.

    What are your thoughts on "barefoot shoes"?

    Walk barefoot for a mile around a track. You'll know how to walk and run perfectly if you listen to your feet. If you're in pain, you're doing it wrong.

    ... I'm in rehab now (broke my femur just under hip joint). The therapist here said no, walk heel first. 'Course had to remind him I had polio &affected leg was one I broke

    zero-drop helps, as its shorter strides so less impact/shock with each step.
