Thank you for this! This is where I am and now trying to figure out WHAT do I need to do? My sweet spot is training & coaching. I have my life coaching certification but now if I want to consult with business and help coach employees & create training standards. Everything that I keep seeing says I need a Bachelor degree in business. I am looking at creating training for boots on the ground agents and I don't see how having that degree is going to help me, help them. Ken, can you provide some clarity? Thank you for what you do!
