Woah - I resigned the other day as the demands of my legal job way too high and killing my health. Time to take a leap and try something new
How are you? What kind of job do you do now?
I resigned my legal job for the same reason. How are you now?
I resigned just today for my health,
I have taken a similar leap also. How have you been since?
Hearing about people's crappy stressful jobs makes thankful for mine as a FedEx driver. Some days are rough but some days are super chill and easy just driving around dropping cube by myself no boss nagging me ever. Knowing the route like the back of your hand helps the day go smoothly. 50k/year is plenty for a guy with no kids or wife haha.
Yea it’s enough to pay your bills on time or maybe ahead
Not enough for someone who wants to be somebody,
Money doesn’t make you, your status symbol will.
@@quincyevans2620 "Be somebody" why? For the praise of others. Who cares what other people think of you, people who want status care about what others think of them.
@@quincyevans2620 he literally said it’s for him not for you. If money and symbols are important to you that’s you and your lifestyle buddy.
@@Brandon-po2ps common man thing shouldn't be for everyone. Agreed.
Love how you broke it down for him and helped find his passion
The point where talent crosses passion
..simply wow.. That was so cool
From what he said he should become a financial adviser
He could be a blogger with a focus on budgeting.
I can relate to Bryan. I am going through the same thoughts and feelings. I quit my job 2 weeks ago without having anything lined up.
How have things been for you since then?
Omg I need to talk to you as well!!! Needed to hear this because I'm a substitute teacher that HAS TO FIND A BETTER WAY!
Found through Dave Ramsey - another good operator
Before quitting go to the workforce development center get your resume redone , interview skills polished so you apply for a job and get one before quitting
ill be doing the same thing! work place has no value for people, so moving to california
I want to go back to school. I don't know how to continue going back to school though. I have nobody to talk to..
Go to Student Admissions office in person at any college and request to see the counselor. He or she will help guide which courses to take or if you’d be better off at a trade school.
Hi, how did it go for you? Im also thinking about going to school.
I'm literally not good at anything though :(
Hi, i feel the same way. What kind of wrk do you now?
What do you like to do? Start there and see if anything you like has a field of work. Any outdoor stuff, craft stuff, if you like movies. Every single like has a career or a niche that can be really exciting
Sounds like the caller enjoys the evaluation part of social work! Designing needs assessment, budgeting....
planning isn't his strong point though
he should try engineering or process manager
I want to be an artist and writer. I've sold my artwork and made money off it before, so I know it's good enough to sell. I had a 'vision quest' and asked 'what should I do to be a millionaire' and got an instant response 'be an writer write a book'
My mom told me 'you need to get a job that's stable you aren't going to make money being an artist' this is not good advice to give people, but it stuck with me b/c she's my mom. I'm trying to break free from it and pursue my passion, but it is difficult.
I would hire him to help me budget...
New to this channel...I'm confused. Watched a few videos & hear people saying they want to help others with THEIR money, but can't figure out your own? #Baffled
Oh hell no Lynelle.....
He basically says what Rsmsey says. Nothing new.
Fuck yeah I love this!!!!
