Listen to yourself
If I listen to myself I would crawl back in a beer bottle and never come out. I am already a shut in by choice. That (listening to myself) would be worse.
What if you don’t have any passion? What if you’ve almost never felt time fly by? Most of the life coaches etc they talk about passion as if everyone has one. What if someone doesn’t? What about those people who are mediocre at everything? How can they achieve some level of success, a level of satisfaction in their lives?
That right there is my husband!

Passion doesn’t equal good at something. One is not the other. A passion is a feeling of expansion when you do something. I may be passionate about group life coaching but stink at it. But it’s that same passion that is going to drive me to learn and do better.
We’re not born mediocre. We learn mediocrity based on experiences then believe the story. Really pay attention to how you feel when you do something. I promise, you’re good at something.
Discovery, the way I hear it is about what you like doing. What you spend most of your time doing. I suppose that it doesn't have to be a profession.
There is something for everyone, just need to look deep into yourself, your apstx your family. You're telling me this person doesn't have any interests or hobbies? Thats somewhere to start.

The only way to see what really works is to do it, then you can see if you've got the right skillset, mindset, and values for the job and if the company mirrors them or not.

What if you have a few top talents and can’t decide
What about those whose passions and talents are related to athleticism/sports? Are you going to tell them to strive for the Olympics?
