Hey friends aaj mai aap sabhi ke sath ek dinner meal share kar rhi jisko rajma se banya hai behad tasty healthy hai aur easy to prepare hai sath me bahut hi kam ingredients ki jarurat hai jo ki hum sab ke ghar me maujood hote hai aur isko aap lunch me bhi le sakte hai.. aur apne lunchbox me bhi le ja sakte hai.. ye high fiber high protien rich recipe hai.. aage aane wali aur bhi aisi healthy recipes ke liye mere channel ko subscribe kar meri youtube family ka part bane dhanyawad khub khub pyaar :)
Ingredients (serves 2)
1/2 cup rajma/kidney beans (soaked overnight)
1 onion
1-2 tomato
1 capsicum
1small carrot
green chilli as per taste
garlic 4-5
fresh coriander
salt to taste
1/4 tsp oregano (optional)
1/4 tsp chilli (optional)
oil/ghee/butter
per serving - 240 calories
12-13g protien
