Please eat atleast 1600 to 1700 calories don't go too extreme at the beginning. At the beginning I used to think we should eat 1800 or 1700 colories to loose weight fast but that's not good extremely cutting also not good for health. We can even cut fat eating at 2000calories cutting fat fast is not so better
Instead of sandwich can we take that soya chunks weightloss dinner recipe which you shared a couple of days back ??
